I rented a standard room for a month, but i only stayed for 20 days. Overall, the price is overpriced. Good value for the furniture and color palette. Good security system with 24 hour security and access card for each level. The smart tv has netflix in it, access not included. 6 min walk to grand lucky for groceries. Bad value 3.5 mil rupiah per month for standard room, and it is said that rental prices will increase by 500 k in 2024. Extra 200 k for a view room. Included water and wifi. Not including electricity, pillow, and blanket. So, bring your own. I spent 200 k on electricity for 20 days. The only thing separating the bed and shower area is a curtain, so i had to deal with water spills and humidity after using the shower - Shower head holder is too low. Im 5 ft 4 and had to take a shower - it took 20 minutes for the hot water to come after turning on the water heater - once a week they turn on the power house / generator which is very loud. At this time, do not hang clothes on the balcony as it smells like smoke.

Awalnya saya mencoba untuk menginap selama 1 bulan, kemudian pada tahun 2023 saya memperpanjang masa menginap saya selama 5 bulan di sini. Saya menginap di kamar deluxe yang sangat nyaman dan bersih. Pelayanan kamar sangat bersih setiap minggu. Mulai dari kamar mandi, sprei, bantal, semuanya bersih dan tidak berbau sama sekali. Interior minimalis. Ada smart TV dengan sofa yang nyaman, meja yang nyaman untuk belajar atau bekerja, internet cepat, ventilasi dan pencahayaan sangat baik dari jendela besar, AC juga dingin. Pokoknya semuanya terawat. Tempatnya juga cukup strategis untuk menjelajahi sekitar Bali Selatan, Kuta, dan Denpasar.

I found naiika co living just before my scheduled spinal cord surgery. The place was close to siloam hospital where i had my surgery done. I was initially a little reluctant to stay for a month or two because i was worried i might need assistance getting better from the surgery. Fortunately, the entire staff was very helpful and polite to me while i was there. They were also very kind to my homecare nurses. And the kitchen downstairs is a big help. Anything i wanted could be ordered and delivered right to my room. But the best thing is how clean they are! I really enjoyed my time in bali as a result. I stayed from december until the beginning of february for a total of two months. I hope to be able to stay here again when i have the opportunity to visit bali. Suksma.
