I stayed at Novotel Bogor from July 9-25, and I stayed in several different rooms, mostly staying in the Familly Room on the first floor, while the rest I stayed in the Deluxe Room on the 2nd floor. (I was given more benefits because Novotel Bogor appreciates GOLD Accor Members and FO was very attentive)
When we arrived at the hotel, the security and bell boy gave a charming aura and provided an extraordinary arrival experience.
The front office was accommodating and warmly welcomed me; this applies to all front office employees who served me from the first day till the last day(They even gave me the benefit of room upgrades and even complimentary breakfast for a few days)
House Keeping was comprehensive and made me feel very catered for during my stay; they even asked when would the room be cleaned (every time I passed them). They provided extra drinks, amenities, etc. (Big appreciation to them for their speed, neatness and thoroughness)
For room service, I'm actually disappointed.
My experience during my 17-day stay was very fluctuating, sometimes very nice and friendly but sometimes also rude to me (Probably fed up with my request to borrow cutlery and a slightly greedy breakfast menu request), but the Cappuccino I ordered was indeed perfect.
Overall, I recommend Novotel Bogor for your families, couples, and those travelling with friends. Apart from the very pronounced resort atmosphere, the rooms and supporting facilities are excellent and make you want to stay longer ( like me).
PLUS, all the front office staff are very professional and very attentive. and basically, they are the ones who make me very happy and feel at home with Novotel Bogor (Two thumbs up and high appreciation from me for them)
