Novotel Pekanbaru

In the end of year i decided for spent time with my family at novotel pekanbaru. The place so strategic, comfortable room and having many kind of breakfast menu. Also Mr Andre reseve me with friendly and the explanation given really helped me

Just only a brief one night stay but had terrible experience. Staff were passive & unable to solve wifi issue, room was clean and comfortable and had full facilities as usual. It's not my preferred 4-Star hotel in Pekanbaru.

Staying at Novotel Pekanbaru was my first experience. When entering the lobby, I was very impressed with the interior arrangement, simple but attractive. A little disappointed when checking in because they have to wait for the room to be prepared. The elevator is safe, only guests who have an access card can go upstairs. In this hotel, smoking and non smoking rooms are placed on different floors. This is very pleasant for guests. When I got out of the elevator, I was stunned by the view of the wooden hallway, despite the processed wood material. And when entering the room, quite pleasant. I like the concept of a separate bathroom with a toilet. I also love the TV module, very compact with complete jack. the design of the room and bathroom which is limited by glass is almost similar to hilton bandung, but different in room size. We can take a shower with hot water, but you should not immediately use the shower. Because when you open the faucet the water will first smell of iron, but after a while the smell disappears. I really like the under the bed which is very clean, without any dust though. Excellent. I really saw the housekeeping staff cleaning the room very well, good job. Thanks to Putra and Donna. Hopefully that achievement can be maintained Never bring durian into the room, if you don't want to be fined 1 million rupiah. The restaurant interior is quite interesting, lots of sofas. There is a separate smoking area. I feel the way of serving food is quite interesting, but this is not enough to make me interested in tasting all the food served. Usually I taste all the breakfast foods, maybe because they are too ordinary. Chicken noodles are delicious. The salad composition is complete, I love it. Omelette has been available since 6 am. Food for kids is quite interesting, there are cute decorated bakpao and there are 6 kinds of cereal. Restaurant staff are very friendly. Thank you to Dede who is always ready to help and Ratna who has a lovely smile. Besides the hotel there is Ciputra Mall, which is quite easy for guests when they need something or find something to eat.

I had a good stay at Novotel Pekanbaru. Rooms were well-maintained and very clean with all the standard amenities provided. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Their breakfast spread was lovely too (local and International spread - lots of variety). I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a place to stay in Pekanbaru.
