We are really dissapointed for one of ACCOR property at Semarang. Much!!
Eventhough we are @executive floor, eventhough we are an Accorplus member, eventhough we booked @Accor Apps, plus eventhough we called them before..
But still, they dont have any preparation even good attention.
Don't they ignorance about guest healthy & comfort for still sell inadequate room to their customer?
First, for non smoking room still can this awfull smell.
Air condition(AC) is noisy, bad smell and realy annoy us.
In this challenging situation, they are not put guests healthy is top priorities by still sell the improper room to customer.
Second, they dont put their words for facilities as executive room such as machine coffee etc, only after we remind them.
Breakfast menu and quality are very standard, only good manner for all staff. Thats all.
For us in this situation,Accor Novotel Semarang is let us down (much).
Nothing positive, only location but you may find better one from another brand which really care about the guest healthy and comfort.
We are agree, Hospitality is not only about greeting but also guest healthy issue.
