Shower di kamar sudah tidak dalam kondisi bagus , ketika sy letakkan di lantai langsung lepas lalu saya di suruh ganti 500rb. Ketika sy keluar hotel jam 15.00 saya minta kamar di bersihkan sampai saya kembali jam 23.00, kamar masih belom di rapihkan.

Overall sangat bagus tp saya kecewa sama novotel karena saya minta selimut tambahan gk di antar sama sekali
Kedua, shower dr awal sudah rusak, tapi gak di ganti, dan ketika pecah baru saya yang di suruh ganti dan kena biaya 500rb rupiah berwrti novotel gk pernah maintenance kamarnya sehingga jd saya yang harus bayar

It's nice hotel which located in center of city and have access to mall so easy to get food and shopping. Very recommend for any one have needs to stay for temporary in Tangerang.
The hotel rate not expensive and have nice pool bar and resto.
Room is not big but enough comfortable for short stay.

As far as quarantines go this was better than most hotels in the area i was told, the beds are quite comfortable , cable TV and internet helped with wasting time. However the windows do not open so you feel boxed in. The food is served at 7am, 12pm and 6pm sharp, served like on planes regardless if you are sleeping or awake. The food was really bad i must say and they do not provide a menu to help you understand what it is you are eating. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and follows covid regulations.
The hotel would do well to change their chef or whoever is in charge of the food here to make this a real Novotel experience.

I think it would be better if the regional Asia manager of Novotel would have a look himself. If he is happy, there is something very wrong.
Staff is friendly and helpful, but rooms are tired and housekeeping has no idea what cleaning actually means.

Stayed for 2 nights with my mom sooo amazing place to stay, great location, good service with covid-19 protocol, helpful and friendly staff especially Ruth who is give us room with the nice view. And we will not regret for staying here, Thank you Novotel!

Mrs dona at hotel reception is very helpful and nice all the team really very helpful and nice all facilities of the hotel are really good food as well thank you so much for your good hospitality

Nice clean hotel with the Novotel quality. The bed was really comfortable that led to a good stopo ver. Only half an hour from the airport in decent traffic. The staff are very helpful, Dona helped a lot.
