Hotel ini sangat baik, dari segi service, lokasi, dan kebersihannya.
Service yg cepat. Menarik dg adanya free airport shuttle.
Semuanya mendekati kesempurnaan. Cuma 1 hal yg agak mengganggu adalah tipisnya dinding antar kamar.

Saya menginap di Orchad Hotel karena harus transit semalam sebelum melanjutkan perjalanan keesokan harinya. Lokasi hotel cukup dekat bandara dan mudah dicari. Sarapan diantar ke kamar karena situasi social distance, tetapi cukup memuaskan. Tersedia angkutan ke bandara setiap 1 jam sekali sehingga sangat memudahkan untuk pergi ke bandara.

Ini pertama kali pakai Orchards. Sebenarnya memakai hotel ini krn landing pesawat di tengah malam. Jadinya perlu hotel transit yg dibooking oleh keluarga.
Hasilnya : Kamar nyaman, jemputan cepet banget & info dari driver selalu update.
Dibanding harga segitu, qualitas hotel mnrt saya bagus & nyaman untuk didiami... 👍👍👍

Senang menginap di Orchardz bandara, terutama kami yang bepergian dan transit penerbangan di Jakarta. Hotel menyediakan airport transfer PP. tanpa biaya tambahan, hotel sangat dekat ke airport kira kira 10 menit perjalanan. Proses check in yang cepat, kamar yang bersih dan luas, wifi cepat dan gratis, sarapan pagi yang bisa diantarkan ke kamar. Senang untuk merekomendasikan kepada teman menginap di Orchardz Bandara bila transit di Jakarta.

For the price you pay it's a very good hotel to relax between flights. Nice hot shower, comfy bed, clean rooms. The shuttle service was great to have. I was given a choice of breakfast menus and the hotel did well to cater to my vegan diet, I got a yummy nasi goreng and some fruit.
The staff were very kind and helpful, I would come back again. The only downside for me was the room service menu didn't have anything vegan besides the French fries.

Very unprofessional and bad service. Time that should be used is the real time, not hotel‘s own time. Shuttle service is not good. The time that the shuttle went is not the same as mentioned from the Front Desk.

We are here as a transit hotel and recovery after 27 hours on planes . This place is near the airport and they have daily scheduled trips to the airport but the will also take you and pick you up when needed . We arrived just before midnight , a porter at the airport called the hotel and fifteen minutes later they picked us up . My room faced the airport but I never heard the jets landing. The rooms were clean , the traffic is hell so if you can avoid driving do it . The free breakfast buffet was better then what you might find at most hotels . They had plenty of western and Asian foods , the air condoning worked great all over the hotel . Be aware if you use the spa has good massages but they also offer extra special massages . My friend ( female ) was also going to get a massage and I told her it is not your traditional massage place . Don’t get me wrong I did get a good massage but some might be offended with what else they offer .

This is a great transit hotel in Jakarta.
They provide a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. In our case, the shuttle driver was waiting for us with our names on the board.
While the room is a little dated, it is acceptable. The air conditioning was great give. The humid weather.
The breakfast offered lots of choices, local and continental.

The check in and out was very breeze. The
rooms are very clean and neat. The breakfast is served from 0230 hrs
which is very convinient for early check out.
Free shuttle service is provided to the airport every hour.
