Receptionistnya kurang ramah, mana kalo salah malah ngotot, pas dijelasin ngulang2 baru nyadar kalo dia yg salah baru dia minta maaf, padahal harusnya sebelum ngotot cek dulu dong bener2 saya bayar sampe tgl brpa, sebelum waktunya lg enak2 tidur dibangunin udh waktunya checkout dan nanya mau diperpanjang apa ngga. Mana saking ngototnya, aku disuruh kebawah buat ngecek sendiri. Astagaaa. Sampe aku bilang aja, "mba mau saya tunjukin e tiket saya aja ngga kalo gitu?" Trus mba nya ngecek ulang, baru deh iya iya minta maaf. Hufhhh. Udah gitu, handuknya sering ngga dikasih, harus smpe nelfon berkali kali. Alesannya handuknya lg pada dicuci semua. Monangis ajalah rasanya 😭. Untung aja tempatnya strategis, deket kemana2.

For Pinka, im recent time we have come to hotel orchardz, many changes in pinka, she good service to guest, smiled cheaply, friendly and helpfull. We see Pinka provide the same to all guest who stay at orchardz gajah mada so guest will always return yo orchardz every event or business in pontianak.

Located in the city center, convenient access to everywhere. Thanks everyone for the warm service. I can tell that language is not a barrier, everyone tried their best to communicate and helped! If you are looking for 3 star prices with 5 star service then this is the place. Will be back again soon

Great Services and Good Hospitality. All the room services and employees are nice and humble. Good and fast respond either to customers request. And for the parking lot, it is very safe for our vehicles. Two thumbs up for the security. Keep it up 👍

hotel staff clean friendly complete food, i have been here three days but they still provide very good service very satisfying me and family meet mom Selvia she directed me about the facilities in it she is very friendly, rooms are also cleaned everyday, i will be here again for next year
