orang nya reseprtionis nya jutek..pokok ny ngeselin..hotel ny juga sepi..hati² buat yang lain buat booking hotel garuda secara online..karena itu jebakan..karena sy pas udah booking kata pihak hotel mereka ga kerjasama lagi dengan agent travel online.kita udah bayar di travell online..tapi sampai sana kita ditolak,pasti menyakitkan..beruntung saya dibantu team suport tiket.com untuk di relokasikan ke hotel terdekat..pokok nya pengalaman paling parah di hotel itu.

Hotel sangat buruk sekali. Tampilan dari luar sangat tidak terawat, dan pelayanannya anak muda yang sangat pemalas, yang gak mengurus hotelnya. Remot AC gak ada, dan kamar bau. Di toilet ada sendok dan gelas gak kepake dan tidak dibersihkan, dan ada sabun batangnya. Tidak ada TV dengan alasan TV diambil oleh tamu. Keamanan jelek, jadi tidak tenang istirahat disini dengan membawa barang berharga. Pikir lagi kalau mau disini.
