Awal dateng dah salah kasih kamar, pas sampe ada noda bercak dispring bad, malemnya pas mau check out dikenain denda 20rb alasannya lantai kotor, saya ke beberapa hotel bahkan sampai bintang 2 gada yg namanya lantai kotor kena makanan didenda, GAK LAGI KE OYO INI!

Saya tidak akan pernah mau lagi menginap di sini, sumpah ini separah-parahnya saya menginap di OYO. Dari awal juga pelayanan resepsionis kurang ramah. Kamar kotor, banyak debu. Gagang pintu kamar mandi rusak, ga bisa ditutup dan harus dikunci dari luar kalau mau ditutup. Kamar mandinya juga kotor dan airnya bau. Pagi-pagi saat saya dan suami masih tidur, tiba-tiba pintu mau dibuka dari luar dengan petugas yang punya kunci kamar. Saya teriak dari dalam kalau di kamar ini ada orang. Petugas bukannya minta maaf, malah ngedumel di depan kamar. Tidak ada permintaan maaf sama sekali dari petugas atau resepsionis.
