Awalnya lihat foto di apps kamarnya bagus. Pas udah sampe tempat mau check in, kamar yang di booking ngak masuk system mereka. Setengah jam lebih nungguin dan chat langsung ke PA tiket.com akhirnya bisa check in. Pas sampe kamarmya lihat langsung kita gak dapet handuk dan selimutnya itu pendek banget. Sampe rebutan selimut, malah tempatnya dingin lagi. Kaget campur shock kamarnya itu handle pintunya gak ada dong, kamarnya lumayan kecil. Pas mau mandi akhirnya aku minta handuk dong ke FO, lalu kita heran heaternya rusak atau gimana kok airnya gak anget, tau sendiri kabanjahe dinginnya kek apa dan pas diliat ternyata gas nya gak ada. Zonk banget seriusan

Kita datang kesana emang telat sih. Jam 10 malam baru sampai dan mau check in. Mas yang jaga property bilang kamarnya bocor dan memberikan uang pengembalian atas pemesanan kita. Ini hotel rame banget di parkirannya. Pas sampe sana ada orang lain yang baru aja check ini. Masa kita gak bisa check in padahal udah booking jauh hari Dalam hati berkata, Fix banget, mereka menjual kamar yang kita pesan dengan alibi kamar bocor
