Booking jam 12 siang pas dateng ksna jam 1 recepcionist nya bilang ga ada bookingan nya gara gara kita pesen nya terlalu siang, katanya harus pagi pagi. Saya urus ke cs tiketcom malah ga ngaku pihak properti nya. Sudah diatasi dgn cara resechedule tp sya ikhlaskan saja karna males ketemu sama recepcionist nya. Saran saya klo mo nginep dsni jgn booking lewat aplikasi karna bkin ribet, mana jauh saya dr bandung ksna niat liburan malah jd nya ngenes. Buat bapak recepcionist nya moga rezekinya banyak dan sehat sehat ya pa. Jgn d ulangi takutnya merugikan pihak properti
