Tujuan review sebagai masukan agar pemelik hotel dan pihak tiket.com bisa lebih baik yaa: 1. Kamar gak sesuai dengan yg dikasih di aplikasi. Panas, gak ada Ac, kotor, lumutan wc nya, berdebu. 2. Air mati, ember kecil banget. 3. Kamar pengap dan bau, bonus suara tikus dari tetangga 4. Kayak kena “jebakan batman”, sampe tempat diminta up grade kamar bayar 150 ribu biar dapat AC, kenapa gak di tampilin di awal aja?? Kasih pilihan kamar dg spesifikasi yg jelas agar pelanggan bisa pilih dg sesuai. 5. Pas mau chek in, Gak ada receptionist nya.. jadi cuma ada nomor yg harus tamu hubungin nomor itu ditulis pake spidol di kardus lalu dicantolin di dinding. Gak ada tempat buat duduk setidaknya buat menunggu, gak ada tempat buat parkir krn dipake buat parkiran yg punya, Ajaibnya lagi pelayanannya SANGAT BURUK. 6. Saat mau chek out pemilik marah marah, nuduh nuduh aku dan suami melakukan kumpul kebo (asli gaes kami pasangan suami istri yang SAH, sampe nunjukin KTP, KK dan surat nikah ke polisi dan pemilik sata dia nuduh2 kami😭),terus mobil dihalangin gak boleh keluar, terus melaporkan ke polisi, alhasil kami ribut dan ujung ujungnya di suruh ngalah sama tu polisi dan surat pernyataan gak menyebarkan video si ibuk pemilik itu (krn waktu dia marah2 dan pukul2 jendela mobil kami , ku rekam. Dia ngancem kalo kami melakukan riview jelak.. lhaa emang jelek🙂‍↕️😌🙏🏻), terus kami diminta buat surat pernyataan minta maaf yang dimana kami gak salah (menurut kami ya dari penjelasan di atas). 7. ASLI INI GAK REKOMEN! cukup kami yg mengalamin hal ini.. dan bagi pihak tiket.com tolong ditindak lanjutin, kek kami juga kapok pake aplikasi ini dah.. meskipun judulnya OYO yaa tapi pliss deeh.. cari partner yg gak kayak gini…😭😭. Oh iya satu lagi, kami dikatain orang miskin 😭😭, iya sih krn milih yg murah dan ternyata murahan 😂. Begitu reviewnya… bukan untuk jelek2in tapi agar orang lain gak ngalamin pengalaman kayak kami😂 bukannya happy malah trauma😭. Sayangnya gak ada bintang setengah🙏🏻😭 kalo aku aku kasih setengah daah😭 saking traumanyaaaa…. Sekian.
