Lokasi bagus, karena langsung menghadap laut . Pada pagi hari, bisa langsung melihat matahari terbit. Namun, utk layanan ketika kami ke sana sangat kurang, dimana handuk, keset kamar mandi, gelas, sendal hotel dan tissue kamar mandi tidak ada. Kemungkinan pegawai hotel lupa. Untuk kedepannya, pelayanan harus ditingkatkan. Kami mempunyai anak umur 3 dan 5 th, ketika sarapan pagi dikenakan charge masing2 30.000. Mungkin ini adalah kebijakan hotel. karena utk bbrpa hotel, biasanya anak di bawah 6 th gratis.

i just celebrated my special day at pesona bay. all staff very kind and helpful, they have a good food for all my guest. celebrate wedding or birthday there, it will be unforgettable moments. pesona bay have beautiful view for your special day. of course with affordable price too. 10/10 for all services there

Reasonable price,
Just walking 3-5minute to the beach
Breakfast so so but OK
Clean room and just renovated
Hope , someday will be back again here yo enjoy the sunrise

Lot of asphalt around hotel, feels like a big parking lot

Was looking for a place to stay with a fair price. Pesona bay came with a complete package of cozy place, nice view, direct access to Tanjung Pesona beach which side by side with Tikus beach. Not to mention good service. Recommended to stay while in Sungailiat

Menginap di Grand Duluxe Family Room bareng istri dan anak2. Nambah extrabed khusus tentunya nambah cost. tidak masalah yang penting dapet voucher kolam reanga di Tanjung Pesona Beach Resort. Walau cuma 1 malam. Anak-anak merasa sangat senang. Mohon breakfastnya ditingkatkan lagi. Liburan berikutnya bakal menginap disini lagi.
