Lokasi tidak begitu jauh dari kota Labuan Bajo, namun lingkungan sekitar sepi. Perlu sarana transportasi utk menuju kota. Untuk view cukup bagus karena hotel terletak di pinggir pantai dan dapat melihat suasana laut. Untuk ruangan cukup untuk beristirahat dan bersih. Untuk sarapan pilihan tidak banyak dan rasanya cukup. Dengan harga dan pelayanan yg didapat menurut saya hotel ini cukup worth it ketika menginap di Labuan Bajo.

Saya extend setelah sebelumnya menginap satu malam. Siang hari mendapat telp bahwa kamar saya dipindah dan barang saya akan dibantu untuk dipindah. Malam hari saat kembali ke hotel perlu 1 jam untuk petugas hotel menemukan barang saya.
