Our family fell in love with this hotel, after enjoying our 6 days staycation here.. Greeted very well and warm from security and reception. Health protocol is strictly maintained at this hotel. This makes me feel safe. The rooms are very clean, so tidy and really comfy. At first, we only wanted to stay for 2 nights, but we're very hard to check out, especially for the kids. They really sad and don't want to go home. But I also feel the same. Why? because the Facilities & Entertainment activities are soo much, soo exciting. Specially the activities for ourchildren are very interesting and its too hard to miss that everyday 🤭 Entertainment Teams are also very kind, welcoming and friendly with children. There are Dita, Mita, Andi, Matheos, Jamal & Andes. Specially for Juda. He is one of Favorite Crew for my kiddos . So funny and really entertaining us. Hahaha.. (We'll comeback soon Mr.Juda.. to harvest our plants.. :D ) And for Ms.Pena from SalakResto, thankyou so much for latte art class.. first experience that make me happy.. sarangheyo 😍 Onething thats difficult to pass everyday is Breakfast..!! Every 6 am, my husband and I try to get up early to enjoy breakfast, while waiting for the kiddos to be ready @ Zoomtime. My Fav menu is Jamu Segar Bugar, sauteed mushrooms & beefbacon.. OMG i really miss that now.. 😋 And I would like to thank you for Ms.Elin from Damar resto. She really helped me provide some information about hotels, facilities or other things. There are Dena, Regi & all the Damar resto crew who are humble and serve well. GoodJob 🥰 Finally, We have fun & unforgettable staycation at the beginning of 2021. Thankyou Pullman Ciawi.. We'll be back there soon. And I highly recommend this hotel as the No.1 hotel in Bogor with many interesting things in it. I stay on jan 17th for 1 night. It was really pleasant. Check in was easy and quick, shoutout to Atin who assist me from the moment i step in the lobby to the room. Service was superb. About 80% staff i passed on the corridor or met greets, including the gardener when i took a stroll in the next morning. Its big and i kinda lost and found the restaurant. So i decided to take bfast then. The staffs there were really nice, i counted 3 person came to my table, ask hows the food and chit chat. One of them i remember named lina, perhaps? Too bad i just found out they have class like yoga, pilates, etc on the last minute. But i will definitely come back!

i was really happy to stay here..friendly staff while check in, also at the Damar resto especially Marlina the supervisor. She really knows how to treat the guest. It has good ambience too and the facility was complete. My daughter really love the pool..Thanx you for the hospitality ❤️
