Ruangan sesuai foto dan nyaman. AC kamar dan ruang tamu jg dingin. Cocok untuk berkumpul dengan teman-teman. Kekurangannya hanya susah sinyal dan fasilitas tidak sesuai dengan list yang tercantum.
Tidak ada pengering rambut, microwave, sabun cuci tangan sisa sedikit saja.
Overall OK hanya saja lebih baik mencantumkan fasilitas yang disediakan jadi kita bisa siapkan terlebih dahulu. Tq :)

Sebenernya bagus kamarnya, tp di lobby gaada sinyal sama sekali. Terus pas mau titip barang jam 12an check in masih jam 2kata yg sy wa ada staff yg standby, trs smpe di lobby gaada orang trs sy wa staffnya trnyata ga bisa titip krn kamarnya masih diisi orang kaya gaada komunikasi gtu antara staffnya yg jaga sm operator yg pertama gtu aneh akhirnya sy titipkan di lobbynya deh (awalnya ky staff yg sy wa gaboleh). Trs akhirnya sy check in malam jam 8 pas masuk kamar lepas sepatu kok lantainya kotor ky ga disapu pdhl td katanya dibersihin untung ada sapu bs sapu sendiri. Trs handuk jg beberapa basah, gatau lembab apa gmn mau protes saat itu jg tp males makin lama ga bisa istirahat. Tp ya sesuai lah sama harganya murah

Great views, with freindly staff. Room is modern and spacious. Chasia and Mahesa handled my Check-out. Really friendly and easy to approach. Location is great, and I would recommend people to stay here

We were well received. We did not have to carry our suitcases ourselves. Staff are very friendly and helpful. When we called the reception there was a quick response. Rooms looked nice and neat. Nice pool and garden to walk around. My family and I happily stayed here for 2 weeks.

Room, facilities and breakfast that was awesome and excellent and very recomanded hotel for Business and Family, also frindly staff that makes us happy to stay and we will come back to this hotel again.

Rooms has best design interior, beds and pillow was so comfy, pools was beautiful, staffs were kind and helpful, breakfast was ok but not so many variants. Overall, it is an exciting hotel to stay with your family!

Exited to stay here, Will be back asap, The pool and room was so nice, breakfast and dinner was so Delicious, i enjoy so much.. the staff was so nice and helpfull, the hotel was so aesthetic and family friendly, see you soon harris puri mansion
