Hotel ini hanya punya 18 kamar di apartemen tsb. Kami kel besar krn ada acara booking 13 kamar tp.pelayanannya amat sangat tdk memuaskan
semua kamar water heater mati, tv terpasang tp tdk bisa dinyalakan krn tdk ada saluran, wifi zonk.
Mohon jgn ditulis ada Wifi klu mmg tdl ada. pembohongan publik

This hotel just operated for several weeks. The new building is good. But the wall is very thin so you can freely hear your neighbourhood's sound from another room. Building is located in the new open area so there are a lot of flies, bugs, mosquitoes along the day. They don't cover the bathroom ventilation with insect screen. As a result, insects can go inside the room easily. Not a comfortable stay.
I stayed for 2 nights but they didn't make my room up. Trash was still full. Soap was still empty.
The worst thing is.... they are not ready with the wifi and cable tv. So they do fraud for declaring they had wifi and cable tv.
So terrible!

hanya lokasi saja yg membuat sy pilih tempat ini...
bangunan bagus, tp kebersihan dan karyawannya sgt kurang ...
harusnya lebih bagus drpada penginapa redoorz ri wilayah Serpong atau BSD lainnya
padahal lokasi dan bangunan sudah sangat bagus dan kamar so so lah untuk harga demikian

Receptionist tidak bisa dimintain tolong, sprei dan selimut ada noda, minta ganti selimut susah minta dibersihkan karna extend dibilang sudah tidak bisa padahal masih jam 12 siang .. waterheater tidak berfungsi . Ac mati saat waterheater dihidupkan , kabel berantakan , tv tdk bisa di setel .. tolong kalo kamar belum siap jangan dijual dulu .. yang paling parah saya datang jam 2 malam memang belum check in tp dikasih harga 250 rb sm receptionist nya jauh dr harga aplikasi pada saat itu ataupun kemarin nya .. sempat dblg 280 rb check out jam 10 pagi tapi. Gak ngerti apa maksudnya kenapa hrus checkout jam 10 pagi ?? Tp saya nego jadi 250 rb dan checkout jam 12 siang dengan modus nya dia pura2 menelpon owner padahal security yg di telpon si receptionist. Tolong manajer agar diberikan arahan jika ada tamu yang dtg tp blm booking pada saat tengah malam untuk tidak dipermainkan .. saya menginap 4 hari tp baru 1 kali kamar dibersihkan . .
