tidak bisa early check in bahkan minta kompensasi masuk jam stengah 2 pun karna anak rewel tetep harus check in jam 2 padahal banyak kamar yg kosong, biasanya dibanyak hotel manapun early check in bisa kalo kamar ready

resepsionis ramah tp kurang menyenangkan dr segi kebersihan dan fasilitasnya yang tidak terawat. saya dapat kamar teratai no 2 dan 3. dikamar teratai banyak yang rusak, bantal, kasur dan bad cover bau dan kotor.. saya komplain akhirnya disuruh pindah ke teratai no 5.. tapi sayang saluran air nya mampet, komplain lagi, lalu dibersihkan petugas. tp tetep daya serapnya kurang cepet. air pas pagi juga kecil.. hanya pakai ember.. semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi..fasilitas dan kebersihannya harus selalu di crosscheck.. apreciate buat petugas kebersihan yang ramah..
