Lokasi hotelnya mudah dijangkau, kamarnya juga bagus dan harga terjangkau. Tetapi sayang pas awal masuk kamar, ruangannya terasa bau sekali, meskipun lama2 baunya hilang.

We stopped here for a night as we were passing through Jakarta, and for this purpose Royal City was a good choice. All staff were helpful and keen to make our stay a good one. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and roomy. I must say however, that the hotel itself is hard to find and our taxi driver had great difficulty locating it. The corridors were a little dusty and the shower was cool. There was also no window in our room, which we found a little odd. For a short stay, I would recommend Royal City.

The hotel is easy to spot and not far from shopping malls in Grogol area. I booked for a single room, it was nice but the bath room smelled a bit, I think it was from the toilet, but the others functioned well. They had movie channels: HBO and Fox Movies, I thought they didn't, so I had a nice movie night before bed.
Breakfast was nice, staff was good. They have a massage parlor and you can ask for their service to be done in the hotel room, I think the price is average.

The staff not friendly, and extremely not helpful.
My mom asking for their favor to use hotel's phone to call OTA but the Reservation straightly say NO. and not even offer another option if there's any other way.
No air circulation in the aisle, emergency door all locked!
Just dont stay in this hotel

The room could be booked for one person, which was convenient for me, a solo traveler. I didn’t have any sanitary issues, booking issues. Overall the room was cozy and facilities were good. However, I had a safety concern, someone came in to my room when I was asleep and the sound of door closing woke me up.

Nice hotel with minimalist building exhibiting aunthentic modern style, I feeling like at home with service who give their staf. They have a good location cause near with electronic centre. Shopping centre. Etc. So that make me easy to get I want. Don't forget to visit Royal City Hotel if you want to get comfortable in your business. Etc.
