Kamar mandi kamar kecil kurang nyaman untuk anak yang masih dibawah 5th.
Saat hujan angin.. jendela rembes dan air masuk kamar.. koper yang kebetulan dibawahnya basah.
Kolam renang cuma ready sampai sore.. untuk malam hari suasananya seram.. banyak ruangan kosong dan gelap tanpa penerangan.
Cuma disediakan satu lift untuk tamu hotel.. 3 lainnya utk penghuni apartement.. harusnya masing2 mendapatkan prioritas.
Info lain.. gedung ini untuk apartemen hanya beberapa lantai di atas dikelola peruntukan hotel.
Makanannya standart.. lebih enak di hotel sebelah sama bintang 3 nya.

Overall pengalaman menginap di sahid serpong sangat menyenangkan,saya ada keperluan menonton konser di ICE BSD & keluarga saya boyong,sahid serpong merupakan hotel di sekitar ICE yang mempunyai kamar dengan connecting door,sarapan enak & beragam,pelayanan ramah & cepat,namun untuk kebersihan masih agak kurang di sudutsudut ruangan,masih sedikit berdebu & ada serangga tomcat di kamar saya waktu itu

1. Kamar masih Bagus n Bersih
2. Seprei agak sedikit Gatel.

Fasilitas lengkap. Lokasi strategis. Kamar nyaman. pelayanan memuaskan. Karyawannya ramah. Cekindan cekout sangat cepat. Menu sarapan lengkap tapi sayang sekali kemarin ramai jd gak kebagian tempat duduk di dalam jadi agak kurang nyaman. Tp overall oke, aku suka. Lain kali pasti menginap disini lagi.
