looknya bagus, tampilan lobbynya menarik. tapi tv nya ga nyala, sepertinya perlu minta ke bagian resepsionis. untuk kamarnya menarik, hanya saja, untuk kamar mandinya, air hangat hanya tersedia di pagi hari saja. di malam hari tidak mengalir air hangatnya.

Kelebihan: 1. Lokasi hotel sangat bagus di Jl. Cihampelas. Pagi2 jalan kaki bisa sarapan nasi kuning, Surabi & kopi deket hotel. 2. Lobby hotel bagus dibuat warna-warni dan ala liburan di pantai. 3. Ada vanding machine minuman di lobby. 4. Wifi kencang. 5. Parkiran mobil lumayan luas di depan hotel dan ada yang jaga. 6. Mudah ditemukan karena ada signage besar di pinggir jalan. 7. Reception (Bapak2) yang sangat ramah dan helpful. Kekurangan: 1. Datang saat long weekend. Pesan di tiket.com harga berbeda dengan yg tampil di LED depan hotel yang lebih murah. 2. Kunci elektronik semua kamar sedang error sehingga setiap kali akan buka kamar harus didampingi petugas hotel menggunakan master key. 3. Dapat kamar lantai 1, ternyata turun ke bawah 1 lantai dari lobby (di bawah tanah) dengan kamar tanpa jendela keluar. 4. Masuk kamar TV otomatis mental dengan volume sangat kencang. 5. Kasu keras. 6. Air washtafel sangat kecil. 7. Handuk sudah seperti handuk lama. 8. Kamar luas namun interior hotel tua. 9. Kamar mandi dinding porselen warna cokelat tua yang menambah kesan serem. Alhamdulillah tetap bisa tidur nyenyak.

saya suka karena dapat family room pas dgn 3 tempat tidur...ac dingin oke, tv walau lokal tapi jernih kok, pancuran air juga bagus kok. cuma air dari toilet duduknya kecil banget hehe...lokasi hotel ini di pinggir jln mudah dicapai angkot, letak strategis kemana aja dekat by angkot dan jalan kaki....
