Sesuai banget harga dengan fasilitas. Check in juga gk lama2. begitu datang langsung dilayani.
terbaik banget pelayanannya dari satpam petugas resepsionis dan layanan kamar.
cuman sarapan aja yang nggak selengkap biasanya mungkin karena pandemi.

Saya domisili medan tapi karena ada voucher dari tiket.com saat penerbangan menggunakan citilink yg potongan harga 150rb jadi saya coba untuk sekedar staycation di hotel ini, dan ternyata hotelnya nyaman, kamarnya bagus, handuknya bersih, lokasi strategis, compliment air mineralnya ada 4, dikolam renang disediakan handuk jg buat tamu, menu pilihan sarapan banyak dan terjamin enak rasanya, saya suka omelette dan susu strawberry, ahh bikin ingin kembali lagi 😁

Saat tiba di hotel jam 8 malam, kamar yg disediakan berbeda dengan yg dipesan. Saya memesan 4 kamar twin no smoking area dan 1 kamar double no smoking area, tp yg tersedia adalah 5 kamar double dan salah satu kamarnya ada di smoking area, sedangkan rombongan saya ada bbrp anak kecil dan lansia.
Kami menunggu -/+2 jam tanpa kepastian, sampai akhirnya kamar tersedia sesuai pesanan. Awalnya bilang gada kamar, setelah 2 jam terus bisa ada, apa maksudnya ya? Kenapa bisa begitu? Pihak hotel juga tidak berusaha menghubungi pihak tiket.com selama kami menunggu, katanya mereka hanya menunggu konfirmasi dr pihak tiket.com. Akhirnya saya yg menghubungi pihak tiket.com supaya mereka bisa menyelesaikan masalah tersebut.
Ini bukan pertama kalinya saya dan keluarga menginap di Santika, tapi ini pertama kalinya mendapat pelayanan yg sangat mengecewakan. Sepertinya akan berpikir ulang untuk menginap disini. Semoga diperbaiki untuk pelayanannya.

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel for a business trip. It s as usual, a high quality hotel with a high standard of friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and non smooking room, applied protocol covid19 and especially the location is in the city centre near merdeka walk. I have been satisfied to stay at this hotel and will certainly come back again

I've been stay in Santika Medan and it was my 2nd time they never disappointed me. The service and hospitality make me feel like home. Santika has the best service. I met with Rozi as a reception who serve me well. and Asmi she nice person , They were very customer focussed and went the extra mike to put a smile of their guest and Thank you and wish Santika all the best.

I stayed in santika on Jun 28,2020 - Jul,1 2020.
The decoration of bedroom is very standard.
Due to COVID19 that affected to low occupancy, hotel only provide breakfast in bedroom. The menu are only fried rice, noodle rice, medan rice cake (lontong) and various types off egg.
All of facility such as gym, swimming pool, etc is still closed. The entrance door and reception desk is moved to Cafe Ulos. It makes far from elevator. I feel like i in the maze game when I walk from current reception desk to elevator.
However, I still feel the staff hospitality...

We spent our night with family after our event, and at breafast time we have a lots of traditional foods such as lupis, and others jajanan pasar. The room is small but nice with outdoor and indoor restaurant.

we stayed for 2 days , the hotel was very nice and clean , breakfast and dinner was plenty , the staff and management was very helpful , i recommend this hotel if you are visiting Medan , special thanks to the general maneger
