Servis sangat sangat buruk. Saya booking lewat ticket.com tanggal 18 agustus untuk 1 malam di suit bungalow seharga 600robu tapi ketika saya tiba disana pihak scuba mengatakan mereka tidak menerima notifikasi dan kamar penuh. Saya akhirnya harus pulang kembali dikarenakan kamar yang ditawarkan sebagai pengganti jauh dibawah kamar yang saya booking dan harganya hanya berbeda 100 ribu. Very bad management and attitude. Worse exeperience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
