Sheraton Surabaya Hotel and Towers

This is our 4th time we’re staying, the improvements are getting better & better, specially for health protocol, hospitality, convenience for us as guests, special thanks to all front line guests, start from checking body tempt, open the door, valle parking car, front desk, guest service, & truly special thanks to mr Hasyim & mr Wayan, they have high standard of serving, definitely our rooms are clean, indeed we are happy although we still in the hotel until this Sunday, but we are sure we will enjoy it so much. Must visit hotel!

The hotel is located right in the heart of Surabaya adjacent to one of the largest shopping malls in town, Tunjungan Plaza, so it is very convenient especially if you want to go shopping or just dining at the various outlets available. Room is adequate in size and has great view of the city. Staffs are super friendly and always address us by name. Breakfast at the Restaurant has lots of choices including local food. The only minor thing is that wish they have a working desk installed in their newly renovated room as it makes us easier to work with a laptop & more electrical outlets or usb port available to charge your gadgets. All in all, great stay & will definitely be back.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Surabaya and not only that, it's very close with Tunjungan Plaza Mall (one of the best malls Surabaya has to offer). The hotel has one dining place called Cafe Bromo that serves delicious meals for your stay and a lounge that is very awesome called Kawi Lounge. If you ever go to Surabaya, you should consider this hotel. Recommended!

We had a staycation during the COVID quarantine, due to a bathroom emergency at home. We stayed 3 nights in the king deluxe bedrooms. Though the bathroom bath tub is a bit old, the whole room is cleaned thoroughly & all the amenities work perfectly. The entire team of staffs are friendly & definitely working hard to make our stay comfortable. The housekeeping personnel worked efficiently in cleaning our rooms each morning and the team in Kafe Bromo made our breakfast experience very cozy & lovely with yummy food. My son had enjoyable evening swims and was sad to leave when our staycation was over...

Originally booked another hotel then moved to Sheraton Surabaya since It was still closed. I did not expect too much but due to pandemic situation, but then I was blown away by their service from check-in to check-out. Room is a bit outdated, yet still comfy and spacious. Breakfast was amazing, and the F&B staffs are very friendly and helpful. Same to the concierge and security team. I was impressed how the staff manage high level of service despite very challenging situation they have at this moment. Hotel location just a doorstep away from the mall. Perfect for staycation.
