Lokasi sangat strategis dan dekat kawasan beli oleh2 dan masih dalam walking distance. Hair dryer tersedia by request (telp ke resepsionist dari kamar) dan diantarkan dengan cepat. Tipe kamar Suit sangat nyaman & ruangan cukup luas. Sandal diganti setiap hari.
Minus:
1. AC kurang dingin (lama dinginnya). Saya tanyakan ke resepsionis, katanya bakal ada teknisi datang tapi tidak pernah datang.
2. Pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa tertutup rapat sehingga tidak bisa dikunci.

Sarapan tidak ramah anak-anak. Pedas dan tidak bisa request telor ceplok/dadar.
Fasilitas dan layanan sudah baik dan cocok sama harga. Mbak dan mas yg jaga di meja receptionist juga ramah-ramah.

Sering banget nginap di hotel ini kalo ke bengkulu.. Hotel nyaman.. Apalagi harga kalo hari biasa dengan aplikasi tiket com sgt memuaskan skali. .. Pilihan pertama hotel yg wajib ini

This was the first time i came to Bengkulu City. I was attending my friend's wedding party that day together with my friends. This hotel is quite clean, the food is good, using COVID-19 protocol well, and of course with unexpensive pricing. When I remembered that i forgot to bring my phone charger, i tried to ask the hotel's staff whether i can borrow one. I forgot to ask what's her name, but she helped me to lent me phone charger. The other staffs are also accomodating and humble. And not to mention the awesome souvenir too

staying here for 5days with fam because my parents have business to do in Bengkulu. the staff are really responsive! i sometimes ask for something and it not that long for them to accomplish it. the room is pretty tidy and bright too i like it. the breakfast menu is good, too. well, i love chicken so it is fine with me hahaha
i think it is totally worth the price.
p.s: would be much better if the staff could be more look confident when greeting the guests. also, please, there are some staff whose body odor smell not so good. please, set a groom standard for them so it would not bother the guests while theyre cleaning up the room

The location is near to Pantai Panjang, Rumah Ibu Fatmawati, Benteng Malborough. The cleanliness also okay, the service is good. The price is average.
However this is a good choices if you’re a first timer.

The rooms at the Sinar Sport are modest, but clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and works hard to accommodate requests. The pool is good for lap swimming and for just lounging. Breakfast is good, but make sure to downstairs on the early side.

Hotel located in the center of Bengkulu City, next to Hawker Center, Shopping area, restaurant. The room was spacious and clean, well maintained. Staff was friendly and check in process was quick. They also give welcome drink and welcome snack. Don't worry about parking space they provide it in the back of hotel. For Mid Range prices hotel they serve quite lot of choice food for breakfast like green bean porridge, boiled sweet potato, fried rice, boiled peanut and etc.
