Luarbiasa terrible. Di lobby banyak orang numplek menunggu dgn berdiri untuk dapat kamar hingga berjam-jam. Sebuah Hotel apapun bintangnya, mempunyai kewajiban memenuhi schedule waktu cek in untuk para tamunya, bagaimana bisa para tamu masih tidak beroleh kamar padahal sudah melewati waktu cek in sampai sore? Saya akhirnya beroleh kamar dan shock ketika didalamnya, ac mati, kunci pintu loss, cermin berbercak hitam, lantai kamar masih kotor. Berkali-kali saya call dan selalu dijanjikan tanpa pernah ada realisasinya,akan datang diperbaiki. Lalu sy ke lobby dan bertemu dgn Manager Hotel. Sy ajukan beberapa solusi, untuk mendapat pengganti kamar yg bisa dipakai beristirahat, atau upgrade ke kamar suite (semoga kondisi layak untuk istirahat), atau upgrade ke villa, semuanya ditolak, dengan alasan semua kamar full. Sy diminta menerima kamar dgn kondisi apa yg ada. Ini seperti sy memesan sebuah sepeda baru dan dikirimkan sebuah sepeda lama yang stangnya copot dan rodanya tidak ada dan si penjual bilang kamu harus menerima kondisi apa adanya sepeda ini karena cuma ini yg kami punya. Saya ini sudah membayar untuk mendapat kamar sesuai deskripsi dari hotel, dan sy tidak membayar untuk mendapat kamar yg rusak , seperti hal nya sepeda yg tidak bisa digunakan itu. Tidak bisa memakai alasan apapun untuk memaksakan tamu menerima kamar yg tidak sesuai dgn yg ditawarkan , sebuah kamar yg tidak berfungsi yg tidak bisa digunakan untuk beristirahat, sama seperti penjual sepeda itu yang seharusnya tidak menjual sepeda kalo tidak memiliki stocknya, bukan tetep menjual sepeda bekas yg tidak bisa dipakai. Karena kamarnya benar2 tidak bisa utk beristirahat dan sy juga melihat kekacauan di lobby dimana mulai banyak orang mengeluh meminta cancel , refund, sy akhirnya memutuskan segera pindah hotel ke The Trans dan merelakan kehilangan uang 2 malam di sofitel daripada sy tidak dapat beristirahat, di The Trans tidak ada pemandangan tamu bertumpuk berdiri di lobby menunggu mendapat kamar , kamar sudah siap karena waktu itu sudah melewati waktu cek in PK 17.30, dan sy akhirnya bisa beristirahat dgn damai di The Trans, melepaskan seluruh kelelahan yg luarbiasa dari 1/2 hari yg terbuang di Sofitel .

Saya menginap di Sofitel tanggal 29 April - 2 May 2021 tidak ada kendala yang berarti mulai dari proses check in hingga check out. Menyenangkan sekali pengalaman pertama nginep di Sofitel. Protokoler kesehatan sangat dijaga oleh seluruh staff + hand sanitizer disediakan di mana-mana. Staffnya ramah dan helpful, menu makanan breakfast buffet fresh dan selalu ready, private beach terawat dan tidak crowded bahkan di sore hari. Kamarnya juga bersih dan selalu dibersihkan tepat waktu sesuai request. Hanya saja layanan spa belum dibuka jadi untuk yang ingin massage hanya bisa massage saja di bale bale deket pantai. Untuk menu makanan di Cucina lumayan terbatas jika ingin makan siang atau malam. Semoga kondisi pariwisata di Bali segera pulih.

I came here for honeymoon trip during pandemic season, so Bali was very quietbthat time. But still, I enjoy my time here, especially their private beach, so clean and calm. I also wanna thanks the hotel for upgrading my room. Their room was very good. Love it

Ini pertama kali nya saya stay di sofitel Nusa dua Bali , bersama istri dan 2 anak, saya pilih stay di suite prestige with Club milesime Access , kamar cukup luas untuk ber empat, dan yg terpenting anak2 senang, Thank’s Sofitel, we Will comeback next time

Saya liburan dengan istri dan anak berusia 4 tahun untuk merayakan ulang tahun di Bali. Sofitel hotel yg perfect untuk itu. Apalagi dengan memilih kamar yang memiliki pool access, sangat menyenangkan. Ditambah kehadiran Manarai sebagai Beach House, membuat kita tidak perlu meninggalkan hotel sama sekali.

hotel dengan akses pantai, menginap disini 3hari2mlm dengan harga gledek. hotel berada di dalam kawasan nusa dua, jarak hotel ke area tempat makan sekitar jauh .. jadi harus berkendara. room nya cukup besar dgn view ocean, meskipun ngga full view .. not bad lah. kolam renang byk, ada kolam anak dan dewasa. pelayanan nya cukup baik, kebersihan kamar cukup oke, meskipun pertama masuk kamar agak bau karena dekat laut mungkin. balkon nya cukup besar dengan pool view. waktu cek in tidak ada yg anter / kurang jelas , jadi nanya2 ketika mau ke kamarnya. kamar mandi cukup besar, ada bathup juga. bf cukup byk variasi, utk rasa std. area hotel luas, bisa keliling seharian, ada sepeda juga. utk yg mau staycation di hotel oke lah. apalagi dpt tiket harga gledek. tks tiket.com

Karyawan di bagian penerimaan sangat ramah. Tetapi sepertinya prosedur dan pemeriksaan perlu ditingkatkan (entah apa karna ini impact pandemi covid sehingga ada pengurangan karyawan). Waktu check in, diberitahu bahwa bookingan belum dibayar, padahal ini bookingan lewat tiket.com yang non refundable, kemudian mereka minta bukti pembayaran. Jadinya dikasih upgrade kamar. Hal lain yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah pengecekan fasilitas kamar, antara lain: kulkas di kamar bocor sehingga air menggenang di kamar sehingga hampir menyebabkan tamu jatuh waktu bangun di pagi hari. Lantai berwarna putih dan tamu tidak sampai kira bahwa lantai bisa basah karna air dari sistem pendingin kulkas. Cangkir juga masih ada bekas kopi di bagian dalam cangkir dan pegangan cangkir. Selain itu, waktu check out hanya ada karyawan trainee yang standby dan bingung bagaimana menjalankan sistem check out tamu, sehingga tamu harus menunggu trainee tersebut pergi tanya ke bagian lain untuk proses check out. Ini semua agak mengecewakan untuk hotel sekelas sofitel. Semoga bisa ditingkatkan lagi ke depannya

Hello Sofitel team, Living in Bali is a blessing, but sometimes you just need to getaway and check yourself in to an amazing establishment, and so that’s what my girls and I did. It was my first time spending some nights in Sofitel but I knew that they have this amazing super large pool, and we took advantage of that. Pool hang all day. It was amazing. The check in process was okay, our room was unfortunately was not ready, however we sat ourselves down and got some refreshing welcome drinks. Get the Kunyit Asam, it was delicious. One of the managers on duty, Enrique, was so attentive and made sure that our room would be ready shortly. He even spoiled us with some high tea snacks! Yumm! Enrique was very helpful even after we checked in. He made sure that our friends’ rooms were next to each other and had everything we needed and MORE! It was definitely a memorable weekend getaway. Thank you for having us. Special thank you for Enrique! And please pass my gratitude to Mang Adi who was so attentive and helpful during breakfast. (There was another guy too, but I’m sorry I didn’t get his name). Till next time. D.

This resort was awesome and looks nice natural lots of garden and big pool We stay 4 Nights and it was great to stay during holiday with health protocol Our kids very happy with kids club lots of fun activities such as fun yoga, outdoor area also craft making. The teacher Asri very friendly and high recommended to play safe there Will come back soon

I was stay with family of 2 childs, at luxury ocean view for 5d4n. - lobby is big, modern and.comfy with welcome.drink. the staff is friendly and helpfull. - room clean and space is great.. the best thing is the shampoo and soap is available with dispenser.not small tube.as usual and the TV equipped with.BOSE speaker.. its awesome. - The Hotel facilities is cool..and complete.. there is many of pool, clean and comfy even only for sunbathe.. all of the sunbathe chair ready with.clean towel. Infused water always.available for.free. - it also available some.activities such as.Badminton, mini soccer, bycycle and archery.. all is.free and also kids activities. - close.to beach.. clean and also available sunbathe chair at beach with towels. - breakfast also great.. many food menu available with friendly staff and covid19.protocols.applied. I will.recommend this hotel and wish to visiting again in future.

I already stay in this hotel since it was still soft opening and many times till the pandemic. This is my first experience stay in sofitel nusa dua during pandemic and get a very bad experience. I was buying the voucher last year from megatix accor plus program for 2 days family suite room. And family suite basically only 2 standard connecting room. So for the price we pay for the voucher is much more expensive than price from travel agent this year. Arrived and given family suite room with garden view. No upgrade for platinum member because there is no upgrade for this type of room she said. Then I asked for better view room such as ocean view or pool view. Then given 2 connecting room with pool access. Then problems and problems start to come 1. Pool access but the pool is cloudy and looks dirty when I complain she(front desk) said it because they put some chemicals during noon but it actually clean without checking the condition. Then I asked the guy at the pool doing cleaning and he said because the electricity problem then the pool access in front of room in my area is dirty because no circulation. So we just walk directly to the main pool without swimming (pool access is malfunction) 2. After swimming we walk to shower. Both room don't have hot water. Whatttt? Then I complain and engineer come but I refuse to check inside room because both room doesn't have hot water. The problem is not inside room. I barely angry because the engineer insist that I not turn on the right knob.. Helllooowww I'm not a dumb ??? 3. One of the pillow linen is dirty and I complain asking for change but no one come to change. 4. My wife taking yoga class then I come to see her and surprisingly the yoga instructor is not wearing a mask and not keep social distancing and getting near my wife to fix the leg the hand and etc. And when I complain he asked my wife to wear mask but he insist not wearing a mask. Hellloowww???? Exercise without mask is okay but you must keep distance. Don't act like you don't know the rule. 5. Taking welcome drink. Alcohol drink even cocktail not allowed.l even if platinum member that's the rule. Very disappointed. 6. Club millesime serving like a 3 star hotel food. 7. Breakfast like a 3 star hotel food, even dimsum they hide chicken saomay which is very standard. Better serve alacarte menu with good food than serving unlimited buffet but not proper for 5 star hotel. 8. Bicycle can be use only after 10am. What??? We can't cycling in the morning. So this is like you said to your guest don't use our bicycle facility The only good things is they still have a very nice swimming pool. As accor all platinum member I'm very disappointed with my last stay in sofitel nusadua. Even you get more expensive price by booking in the accor website compare to the travel agent. Sofitel downgrading their standard because they sell very cheap room to travel agent. And they don't recognize accor member which paying more. Many hotel staff are new. So where is the guarantee from accor that you get better price by being a member? Hope that they will back again like old time. Because this is the only 5 star accor hotel that have a nice location each front and nice pool in Bali.

I would say, I love the architecture and the room as well. The interior is amazing. The staff is nice and helpful. I would say the food is so so. I think they need to improve the quality of the food. Overall, I like the ambiance here.
