Review kamar 323, kamar bersih rapi, air lancar tapi tidak ada air hangat, tv berfungsi dengan baik ac dingin, perlengkapan mandi ada handuk 2 sabun 2, air mineral 2, tidak ada teko listrik, kamar tidak kedap suara, dapet di lantai 3, ada balkon langsung menghadap laut, bagus banget klo malem pemandangannya, parkiran cukup luas, muat 20an mobil, lokasi sangat strategis dekat pantai carita hanya jalan kaki dan bisa bolak-balik dengan hanya 1 kali bayar aja.. Kolam renang banyak pasirnya karna gak di jaga ketat, banyak yg asal maen nyebur aja pdhl dari pantai. Minus di pelayanan restonya aja, klo tidak siap dengan prasmanan lebih baik di buat per porsi aja, banyak yg ambil asal tpi gak di habisin tapi yg dateng belakangan kasian pada gak kebagian, bilang jm 8 siap taunya jm 7 di buka dan kaget sampe resto udah gak ada apa2 harus ngantri langsung ke dapur ngemis-ngemis minta makan, perbaiki lagi sistem sarapannya.

Review kamar 323, lantai 3 balkon menghadap laut Kelebihan : kamar bersih, tv berfungsi dengan baik, ac dingin, perlengkapan mandi handuk 2 sabun 2, ada air mineral 2, parkiran luas, akses pantai carita bisa jalan kaki, tukang jualan makanan banyak di sekitar hotel, ada alfamart juga Kekurangan : Gak di kasih keset katanya pada basar, flash nya rusak tolong segera di perbaiki karna sangat menyusahkan saat menyiram BAB menggunakan semprotan, tidak kedap suara, berisik bus yg lewat pada nyalain klakson bikin kaget, sarapan jelek bgt sistemnya, rebutan, siapa cepat dia dapat, perbaikilah masa kaya gitu sih

Pengalaman menginap selama 2 malam, dari tanggal 18-20 April di Sunset View Carita memberikan gambaran yang cukup variatif. Pelayanan : Secara umum, layanan kurang memuaskan. Terdapat ketidakseimbangan dalam pelayanan. Penggantian linen, towel dan suplai amenitas sepertinya tidak dilakukan secara rutin. Bahkan, untuk mendapatkan stok air mineral harian, tamu harus mengajukan permintaan sendiri. Meskipun begitu, ada pengecualian dengan staff bapak" yang memberikan bantuan yang cukup baik, terutama dalam memperbaik masalah tv. Lokasi : Keunggulan terbesar hotel ini terletak pada lokasinya yang sangat strategis, dengan akses yang mudah menuju pantai. Fasilitas parkir yang luas Dan gratis juga menjadi nilai tambah. Harga : Harga yang ditawarkan sangat terjangkau, membuatnya menjadi pilihan yang direkomendasikan bagi para wisatawan. Kombinasi antara harga yang terjangkau dan fasilitas kolam renang membuatnya semakin menarik. Kebersihan : Meskipun secara umum kebersihan hotel terjaga, terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang mencolok. Adanya lantai yang terasa lengket ketika kami memasuki kamar, serta kekurangan dalam pembersihan bulanan yang tercermin dari noda yang cukup mencolok di area kamar mandi, menandakan adanya kekurangan dalam pembersihan rutin.
