Sandal Hotel cuma dikasih 1 pasang. Pas minta 1 pasang lagi, dikasih tapi lama diantar ke kamar, saking lamanya akhirnya pakai sepatu cuma buat sarapan.

At the first i was checked in, no towels available at my room and found dirty floor towel. I request to receptionist to provide towels and they need couple hours to provide it and i need call receptionist couple times.
Poor laundry services, on the laundry page stated that one day same services and laundry will be delivered at 18.00, the fact is they sent my laundry in the next day in the morning. I cant imagine 4 stars with international reputation has poor laundry services and we not pay cheap for it.
During my stay i need change the room 2 times, 1st time with reason need sterilisation on the level i can accept it, on 2nd time that was not working exhaust on bathroom that causing smelly on the bathroom. They tried to move my room again 3rd time but i refuse it.

Beyond my expectation for my first time stay in this hotel. The internet did not work , unfriendly staff, dirty at swimming pool area and nothing special you can during your breakfast. My guest called if his laundry did not finish almost two days before he checked out.

Good hotel for business and holiday because location very closed from central city Balikpapan, room service and all facilities very good, very clean, comfort and very quiet, laundry clean and fragrant.

I like the sea view and strength wifi from pool side café, near to go at shopping area, the IT operator is really helpful for any request. Really recommended for business and holiday trip, cause the hotel is in the middle of the town.

It's terrific stay right now at 2nd visit, and nice view of the port of room, it's comfort to sleep also, over all this hotel is very good, and the service also humble ones, would like to stay in this hotel in every region
