check in tgl 11 Jan, room 1715, dari awal masuk berasa AC tdk dingin, masih positive thinking mgkn utk dingin butuh waktu, saat anak anak udh tdr, baru mulai berasa aneh masa sampai jam 10 mlm ga dingin, anak anak mulai rewel (2 tahun dan 6 tahun), saya udh mulai otak atik AC tp bahkan suara angin saja pun tdk ada, akhirnya complain ke recepcionist jawaban nya akan di check ke server, dan AC mulai dingin jam 1 malam, baru anak anak mulai bs tdr nyenyak, krn sempat kepanasan dan tdk ga nyenyak dari jam 9 sampai jam 1 malam, bsk nya anak anak pd kesiangan bangun jam 8.30 (biasa bangun jam 6 pg) yg arti nya jam tdr siang pun akan mundur, krn asumsi saya anak akan tdr sekitar jam 1.30, saya mnta keringan late check out sbg kompensasi atas AC yg mati ampe jam 1 malam. jwbn recepcionist akan ditnya ke kakak recepcionist yg incharge (which is the supervisor), pertama happy si mba supervisor ini dtg mengetuk pintu ke kamar, stlh saya jelaskan anak saya perlu tdr siang krn malam tdr fa nyenyak saya mnta late check out jam 3 atau paling telat jam 4 sampai anak-anak saya bangun, jawaban nya maaf bu hanya bs sampai jam 2, saya tawar lf jam 3 ya mba klo jam 2 anak saya baru tdr sebentar, dia tetap kekeuh "maaf Bu Standar kebijakan hotel kami jam 2 utk late check out"... wooooww !!! jgn ngomong STANDAR kebijakan hotel jika STANDAR FASILITAS saja tdk bisa kalian berikan, saya jg tdk akan minta late check out jika fasilitas kalian sesuai STANDAR yg seharusnya kami sbg tamu dapatkan setelah membayar !
i am not gonna stay again to this hotel, even for free !!!! really bad service and respond !!!!

2. Suhu AC kamar stabil
3. Ada program anak-anak di akhir pekan
4. Ada pengecekan kamar ketika check out untuk memastikan tidak ada barang tamu yang tertinggal
Yang tidak disukai:
1. Penyampaian informasi yang berbeda dari Front Desk dan Room Officer akan status kamar (info dari front desk kamar telah di-upgrade, namun info dari Room Officer tidak upgrade)
2. Stok handuk di kolam renang ketika Sabtu sore tidak ada, sehingga membuat anak-anak kedinginan setelah berenang
3. Kualitas masakan di Egg Station ketika sarapan perlu ditingkatkan (contoh: Egg Benedict idealnya setengah matang, bukan matang)

Kamarnya bersih. Airnya lancar, sabun nya wangi . Puas banget deh Mas nya juga mau ngasi kamar sesuai request. Yaitu menghadap kolam renang dan pemandangan gunung salak.

Secara keseluruhan OK dari fasilitas dan kebersihan, sedikit kurang nyaman saat check in sekitar jam 3 sore dimana antrian ckup banyak dan waktu check in per orang cukup lama prosesnya. Dengar dari beberala orang yang antri di depan saya kamar yang dipesan belum siap jadi seolah diulur untuk masuk kamar sampai kamar dipastikan ready. Seharusnya ini tidak terjadi karena sudah lewat dari jam ketentuan mulai check in yang diijinkan.

The location of the hotel is in the middle of Bogor, easy access to everywhere. The breakfast menu is very complete, from the Indonesian menu to western food. Health protocols are run well, every guest who enters the hotel area is required to wear a mask and have body temperature checked. When entering the restaurant area, guests are given gloves to take their food.
It is highly recommended if you want a staycation during this pandemic.

Stayed here 1 night with family. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was ok but no hand nor face towels provided. I love that we get 2 pillows each since I cannot sleep without "guling" hahaha...

Stay here for 2 nights when long weekend with big family. When other hotels in this area going crazy, this hotel still stay at regular room rate.
There was a lot variety of breakfast and the taste is good, they applied health protocol but not strict. The staff didn't watched carefully the guest use glove or not when take the food.
The room was comfortable but need a little bit maintainance especially curtain.
All the staff are very helpful and friendly, but when I want to borrow plate and spoon we should order food from their restaurant and I think it's weird policy but it's fine.
Bring your own towel if you want to swim in their pool. They didn't provide it maybe because it still pandemic and don't want to take any risk.

Stayed for 4D3N in the hotel for a long weekend. The hotel is very strategically located. Kebun Raya Bogor is within walking distance. The hotel is also surrounded with food and shopping places, ranging from $ to $$$.
The view, especially on the high floor is also to die for. My tip when booking the hotel is, ask for a room facing the mountain.
Will definitely stay in the hotel again when visiting Bogor!

Good staff, good service, good location
Having a good breakfast, so many that you can choose.
The only problem is the wifi connection.
Come on Swiss Belhotel, you can do better for that, speed is average but really hard to connect
