Yg saya suka hotelnya deket ke mall, kolam renangnya ada yang buat balita, ada coffee maker saat sarapan, dapat diskon pas beli kue ultah😁.
Yg ga suka cek in lama, salah satu resepsionis kurang senyum mungkin mbaknya lelah😅, tapi keseluruhan okelah hotelnya👍

Pelayanan memuaskan, menu sarapan beragam dan banyak. Fasilitas pendukung terutama ruang sauna kurang bagus, sedikit kotor, tempatnya berantakan (agak rusak)

untuk fasilitas hotel lumayan lengkap,hanya perlu peremajaan karena sudah mulai usang. Kebersihan di tempat tempat umum masih kurang.Lokasi yang strategis dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan dan tempat hiburan

Sebenarnya selalu nginap disini. tp nggak tau knp kali ini dapat kamar yg nggak spt biasanya. AC mati setiap 2 jam, mesti diidupin lg. Air panas malam2 gak nyala. Tumben lah bgini ... biasanya mah bagus aja ...

Visited this hotel for several times.
Short advice before starting the review. Book through direct book provided by Swissbelhotel website, it will provide best price (afaik).
The room's quite spacious and clean. Check in process was quick.
The bathroom is clean.
Menu on breakfast buffet was ok. But really appreciate for the espresso machine that is available for guest for free.
Location is very strategic, it is just beside SCP mall.

The room is very clean with a new decoration and comfortable to stay

Close to city center and a shopping center

Warm welcome from Mr. Hendry on our arrival. Spacious room with good view, delicious food and great ambience at the swimming pool. We loved to stay here and hope to be back here in upcoming vacation.

Last year i was stayed in this hotel and i got the Old room. Yesterday the room very nice. Good designed and modern minimalis.. Also they have warm and helpfull staff. Restaurant too small. Just to take a walk when we going to Local traditional market & give shop..
