secara umum sedang2 saja ya..lokasi agak luar pusat kota, tapi kalo buat yg gak suka rame, lumayan. buat yg suka renang, kolamnya kurang nyaman krn kolam permainan (bukan yg lurus2). ada kesan perawatannya kurang baik krn di kamar tempat saya menginap, ada bekas bocoran yg tidak ditambal dengan baik

Hotel nyaman dan bersih, hanya saja pengalaman kesekian kali kalau menggunakan harga promo yang murah selalu saja diletakan di pojokan. jalan dari kamar ke lobi jauh apalagi ke parkiran belakang. niat mau istirahat jadi ga kesampaian harus olah raga.

Stayed overnight at the Swiss-belhotel Palangkaraya enroute to workplace. Quiet and quite empty due to Covid scare. For breakfast no buffet due to less hotel guests, breskfast choice I chose American. Good and tasty. Inspite of the current situation, the service is still friendly and hospitable and a great stay i had. Cheers.

Stayed twice, before and after orangutan river cruise. Rooms were good, most things worked. Pool was very nice and staff friendly and helpful. Very popular for weddings so can be busy at times but fun to observe the wedding preparations. Restaurant food was good but pricey. We found a good local restaurant outside hotel. Just head out the rear carpark entrance and turn right, first restaurant you come to. Also beer and other drinks can be bought cheaply at bottle shop. About 100 mts other direction on opposite side of the road.
Would have rated this hotel at 5 except for 2 major fails:- the hotel won't take a credit card at check in so purchases can be booked to room. Required an estimate of expenditure and then charge to card with reconciliation at check out. Not on. Too expensive with conversion and transaction charges. Also hotel allows smoking inside in public area near bar. We wanted to get afternoon tea here, which looked very nice, but couldn't cope with the stench of cigarette smoke. Wake up to yourself Swissbel, this is 2019 and the health risks of sidestream smoke is well known.

The Swiss Belhotel Danum Palangkaraya was so much nicer than it's sister hotel in Pangkalan Bun. Nice room a little on the small side but clean and comforable. The restuarant was real good and that includes the buffett breakfast. Very nice pool area. Balconies on the pool side of the building.

Feel welcome right at the time of checkin. A clean and nice hotel. Comfortable bed and soft pillows. Dry bathroom and hot shower, relaxing stay like home. The breakfast is nice and tasty with good choice of food. Staffs are friendly and cheerful.

This is the best hotel in Palangkaraya. The service, room, restaurant, breakfast, swimming pool were excellent. In the evening I spend time listening live music at the lounge. The location was not in the city center, so the situation was very quite. Really enjoy stay at this hotel.
