Pernah papa ke toilet di lobby, ketinggalan dompet nya karena terburu2. Ternyata dgn sangat sopan, OB bagian house keeping langsung mengembalikan dompetnya dengan isi yg masih utuh.
1 orang merasa terbantu.

yah kan swiss bel sih ya.. overall oke. cuma untuk check in agak lama karena pas banyak pengunjung di malam tahun baru. jadi antrean cukup panjang

Visited batam and stay at swiss bel-hotel on 04/02/20 - 05/02/20, booked 14 room and pay a deposit of Rp.3.000.000 ($300/-) Sgd, until more than 3 month is yet to receive. Already email to the hotel but until now had yet to receive any reply from the hotel

I will make this short :
- room is huge
- first day aircon is not cold at all. After technician came and fix it.. it becomes cooler but not that cold. 26 degrees the lowest that we get.
- sound insulation so so...still able to hear live music across the road in my room at midnight.
- hot water is very very limited. My daughter love to play in the bathtub but after few minutes filling the bathtub with hot water, the water coming out cold. So I must boil water in the water kettle few times and pour it in the bathtub to make it warm.
- carpet is dusty.. please vacuum it more often. I am sensitive to dust so whenever i am in the room; my nose got blocked.
- I do not expect a 5 star hotel services but at least the hotel can give a consideration regarding breakfast?! I am staying through a corporate rate (idr 1.1 mill per night) and my company only mention 1 person staying thus the hotel consider only 1 person eligible for breakfast. As i understand the rate for 1 or 2 person per room is not different at all; even when i compare it to online price such as Agoda that include breakfast for 2, my corporate rate is even higher. Luckily they are near to Morning Bakery which i consider much better to have breakfast
I would surely pick other hotel at that price. Wont come back unless they improve.

Booked hotel based on pictures and experiences with other swiss hotels. Pool.was totally of poor quality. Horrible lighting throughout the hotel. Room had very dim lights. Hot water in the shower was uncontrolled and almost burnt my son as it automatically.
It's not close to any mall . Cannot book grab only must take hotel taxis.
Breakfast was ok.

Location one step to harbour bay Batam
Big hotel building with mall i think.. maybe empty mall
Unfortunelly, the room so small for 4* hotel
Bed just queen not king i think..
Maybe u must request first
Say thanks for ur resto.. good and best menu.. and i appreciated ur resto open @ 5 early morning..
Lot of sea food and coffeeshop near hotel u must try morning bakery..
Final result the hotel is average..

The hotel staff are friendly. Location not bad, have seafood restaurant nearby within walking distance & there is a supermarket at the basement of the hotel. Rooms are clean. Wifi stable but slow at times. Breakfast is great! Will recommend friends to this Hotel.
