Saya mesen makanan di hotel buat dinner diroom. Trnyata saya udah lama nunggu dlm hampir 2jam trus eeh ternyata rasamakan.a bad banget dan harga nya seperti restoran berbintang dan kaulitasnya lebih baik bintang lima. Trus kamar saya view laut tp lautnya dikit banget kelihatan.a trus jauh lagi hampir tdk terlihat. Pokok.a buruk sih pengalaman saya

We stay for 1 night, book 4 Executive Rooms, it was super huge, the interior was new, fresh and modern. 1 of the best hotel in Lampung, will definitely stay here again.

sudah booking non smoking room... tetapi sempat dialihkan ke smoking room padahal booking sudah lama
walaupun akhirnya dapat non smoking room tetapi membuang waktu untuk segera istirahat

anak2 tidak sempat berenang di hotel karena weekend pagi dikuras.. toiletries tidak lengkap hanya kotak2 kosong tidak ada isinya😃

Room was clean and comfy, enjoy with our staycation. Nice pool and all staff very helpful. Breakfast was delicious but need to more variant. Overall good, maybe we would like to stay here next time. thank you

So I stayed there with around 35 friends for the weekend of 18-19th of July on a motorycle touring trip from Jakarta.
The positives 1st:
The reception staff were nice, rooms were clean, the breakfast menu was limited but ok & upholding the covid precautions, which is always a plus.
The bad:
Air Conditioner was not cool at all, even on highest setting, you couldn't even feel a cool breeze when you put your hand close to the AC fan output.
Called technician in the evening, they came, checked the setting, and left. No followup call regarding progress, no improvements. Nothing solved.
Had to sleep naked without the blanked.
Turns out I wasn't the only one.
Next morning during breakfast I found out that the same problems was widespread.
Turns out this issue with the AC has been going on for some time, as a friend had the same issue staying at this hotel in different rooms 2x time in the past already.
Another guest had issues with the toilet not flushing, but that fixed eventually.

We booked 2 connecting rooms for 3 nights. It is spacious, clean and comfy even with extrabed. What makes more valuable are the hotel staffs. They are very helpfull, responsive and warm. Would be here again next visit to lampung.

The staff is friendly, the service is good. My family and I really enjoy our staycation. Worth it for short trip. The food in the restaurant is delicious, but the chicken is a little bit chewy. Overall, we loved it. We would like to stay here next time. Thank you.

for a star hotel that is close to the city center, entertainment and the beach hotel facilities as well as exceptional hotel rooms friendly and fast room service, very satisfying Special thanks to mas Sunandar and mas wahyu for providing the best room service
