Saya pesan deluxe, namun karena sudah habis, diberikan tipe suite oleh pihak hotel, baik sekali. Pelayannya ramah dan tanggap, semua bagian dalam keadaan bersih.

Pelayanan service sangat bagus karna apa yg di request bisa dapat. Bahkan kamar di upgrade ke junior suite. Sangat senang. Tp begitu di kamar no 921, setelah bbrp jam baru sadar AC nya tidak dingin dan suka OFF sendiri. Sampai malam tidak bisa tidur karna AC nya suka mati dan tidak dingin dan harus telpon lapor dulu.
Mau dipindahkan ke kamar smoking, tp saya tidak mau karna tidak suka bau smoke. Kamar yg lain katanya penuh. Ya apa guna nya tipe kamar di upgrade tp tidak bisa tidur krn AC tdk dingin.
Breakfast nya skarang tidak enak, beda sama yang dulu.
Tapi pelayanan nya sangat memuaskan. Thanks

Kami menginap 2 malam di Swiss Belhotel Maelosan Manado. Unfortunately, untuk air di toilet/kamar kecil saya tidak hangat. Setelah saya laporkan ke resepsionis segera dilakukan tindakan dan lumayan berfungsi kembali. Meskipun pada malam harinya kembali lagi kurang panas. Overall, untuk fasilitas sesuai standard di Swissbell Hotel lainnya yang saya pernah inapi.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at city center. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff with the New Normal Protocol checked before entering the hotel building, after that we were greeted by the reception staff Falen, she was very kind and helpful. She gave us a room with the best Sunset view. We could see all the city, Manadotua island & Bunaken island through our room. Thank so much Falen. Worry-Free about the rooms, all has been sanitised and disinfected. The foods was also very delicious, we tried the Tuna Steak with Sambal Matah & Asam-asam Tuna. the breakfast also very delicious with a lot choices of local taste, good job Chef. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It’s a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thanks again for all the excellent staff, Falen, Reju, & Ocin for making our stay so memorable in Manado!

its impress me from the first time i enter the hotel. The staff allways smile. The room is very clean and tidy, all the staff so friendly and helpful to... I really enjoy the breakfast... My son really enjoy the pool too...

stayed only one night for 2 rooms but not great moment of staying here..
actually we asked for giving a surprise birthday cake of my brother occasion but unfortunately we didn't get that service..the cake delivered to our room just like that,,really disappointed..
but the rooms quite good and breakfast also was great.,

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, which is my first time to Manado and Manado is extremely hot because of the long dry season, where I checked in for 4 days 3 nights.
Overall, the rooms are clean, spacious and well-organized. Even though the weather in Manado is very hot, but I feel freezing when the air conditioner is on so I often turn it off. The food is quite tasty and varied. If anyone wants private karaoke, you can go directly to basement 1.

Recently stayed at the Swiss-Belhotel two separate nights before and after a great dive vacation in Northern Sulawesi. Hotel is located outside the main town on a busy road about a 15 minute walk to the port area. I was very surprised how plus and comfortable the room was considering the very reasonable price. Bed was very comfortable, fast internet, strong aircon and an awesome shower with lots of hot water. Had dinner down the street at a few local establishments, busy traffic so be careful walking along the street and sidewalk. Staff were very friendly and efficient and took care of some room issues right away. Great stay and would stay there for again.
