Hotelnya strategis di pusat kota, secara umum pelayanan, sarapan, kebersihan baik, saran sebaiknya ke depan harga dapat lebih bersaing dengan hotel2 lain yang mulai berkembang di Merauke

Seprai banyak bekas bercak nya, handuk nya jg handuk lama ,breakfast gk bervariasi , gk ada staf yg mengerti bahasa inggris jadi sulit buat temannya sya yg dari luar , ini kita dah bayar mahal tapi dapatnya biasa aj , seharusnya masih jadi hotel bintang 3 karna blum internasional blum ada staf yg mengerti bahasa inggris dengan lancar , mohon kepada swissbell merauke rekrut staf yg paham bahasa inggris kalau mau di bilang hotel berkelas ,

Lokasi strategis di pinggir jalan utama, cukup dekat dengan bandara dan fasilitas publik lainnya. Pelayanan ramah, kamar bersih, menu sarapannya lengkap dan tasty. Overall pengalamana yg cukup menyenangkan. Saran untuk harga bisa lebih ekonomis supaya travelers dari luar daerah, khususnya first visitor lebih tertarik untuk memilih hotel ini.

Serene, quiet yet holding vibrant enthusiasm of vast, flat and vigor wave of beach-front forever young area. Swiss Belhotel Merauke represents such a lengthy within its cuisines and rooms. Profound taste and meaning can only be experienced through staying, at least a single-night, in the hotel, situated in the midst of a growing regency, both trasitions in a humid sunny day and during torrenial rainy one. Memorable moments preserved upon realization of encapsulated thought: one has been in the very tip of Indonesian Papua, once of her/his lifetime.

The lobby hotel is quite hot, because the aircon is off. It makes customer less comfortable when check-in process.
The standard room is good and has a good bathroom.
The wifi connection is good, hence it is in small city.
The breakfast has a standard menu, but it has unique drink as soya milk.

We enjoyed the friendly service by the staff at all levels.
The rooms were clean and serviced daily. Wifi was working perfectly, Breakfast was very good and. In the evening we chilled at the swimming pool with a cold beverage.
The GM Mr.Yacob Nainggolan does a superb job as he continues to strive achieving and maintaining a high level of standard.
I certainly recommend Swiss-Belhotel Merauke to anyone visiting Merauke.

I don’t often get time to review a hotel but after giving feedback already three times, not much seems to change. Room not cleaned properly each day with many small oversights, wall of the room has had something filthy split over it and is still there, WiFi slow and frustrating with the small paper cut outs still, and bathroom was not clean. Even more surprising, I requested a bucket of ice to be sent to my room and when it arrived I was asked to pay for ice!!! Clearly the hotel is busy enough to rip off customers at every opportunity.

Shower did not work, overcharged for beer, WiFi passwords pieces of paper most frustrating ever, and residence to most of the mosquitos in Merauke. Recommended not to sit to long in bar area as will get eaten alive
