sebagai penguna gym, saya berharap beberapa alat gym diperhatikan karena tidak berfungsi dengan baik, termasuk AC di gym ditambah lagi sistem sirkulasi udara di gym kurang baik.

Sangat bagus, nyaman dipakai buat staycation bareng teman. Ditambah lagu pemandangannya langsung menghadap laut. Kalo malam enakny duduk nongkront dipatio sambil dengar alunan musik+angin sepoysepoy

If you want to sleep.. Don't come to. This hotel.
There is a bar in front of the hotel and most all. Rooms with a band until midnight that's really really loud.
Food is OK.. Rooms are clean but a lot of TV channels aren't paid for anymore. Internet was good and staff speak English. Location is nice too.

We ordered a twins bed room for a business trip, but we were very surprised when in the room there was no electrical contact available on each bed but only on one side, the rest was near the work desk which obviously was very far away.
I have asked to receptionist he said it was in engineering but was being used by the banquet so it could not be loaned,
finally I asked to Mr. Ari as a Manager Housekeeping who was in charge as MOD, He said there really is no extension cable in this hotel. I increasingly do not believe, big hotel like this and this is Swiss bell which is 4 star hotel doesn't have the extension cable seeing the condition of twin rooms like that, very disappointing. and when mr. Ari left from in front of my room he just left like that without saying goodbye, even though he was the manager but it seemed there was no manners and hospitality. VERY BAD.

Hotel is the best in Palu. Location is very good. This hotel is near from seashore and very close to the biggest mall in Palu. If you travel by car-better to book villa-that is near from the main hotel, has parking for each villa and has own restaurant.

I stayed in this hotel because it is the only operational hotel in Palu during the devastating earthquake and tsunami period in Palu. The room is very spacious and the amenities are pretty complete too. The breakfast is sumptuous and the staff are friendly and helpful too. My only lament during my 4 nights stay here is that the room's lighting is slightly dim and the air-conditioning is pretty hot too. Other than day, I would say that it is a wonderful stay for me personally.

We spent about a week in this hotel. We actually ordered the villa but then we decided to stay at the hotel area.
Friendly staff, clean hotel, delicious breakfast, and nice facilities such as gym and pool. We really enjoyed our breakfast on the water.
This hotel is close to the biggest mall in the city. Lots of street food near the hotel. A little bit far from downtown but in a nice location. The view of the city from this hotel is amazing.
Recommended!!!
