Menginap saat bertugas di bulan November 2020. Salah satu pesan dan memutuskan menginap di sini karena ada kolam renang. Tapi sayang, kolam renang senang dibersihkan.
Untuk protokol kesehatan yg diterapkan cukup standar.

Selalu senang saat menginap disini, sudah untuk yg kbrp kalinya. Pengalaman kali ini, anak saya yg 5 tahun di charge saat sarapan, namun saat check out uang saya dikembalikan setelah saya omongin ke receptionist hotel. :D

Great staff personality, from Manager, front office, driver, resto crew up to mess boy, all services was given with professional and warm hospitality.
I was stay for 2 weeks with my coleague to do some business and having no difficulties during stay in this hotel.
Special thanks to Pak Ireng (The Manager) and Pak Didi (The Driver), you guys awesome!

Professional services with full hospitality.
The hotel provided airport pick up service for free.
I was staying for 2 weeks and did not have any difficulties.
Bapak Didi (hotel assistance) is very helpful.
Definately will come back...

I stay for 2 night at this hotel and more then i expected. The service from doorman, reception and housekeeping is outstanding. Easily to greet with smile an offering assistance. The GM - Mr. Ireng is very hotelier mindset, warm to every guest including myself and easily to call for discussion in regard my stay experience. This hotel totally recommended for those who visit to tarakan especially for me who will choose this hotel everytime visit this town

Went on holiday with my family and choose this place to stay for a night before going on trip to Derawan Island. Located not too far from the airport. Has breakfast buffet with many choices of food and beverage. The food was delicious tho. Friendly and helpful staff. Hospitality at its best. Best place to stay in Tarakan!

There were so many request we made when we stayed. Too tired to think straight how to switch on the light, we already ask for help right after we arrived, we’ve also asked the hotel to accept and stored whole bunch of crabs we ordered late in the closing hours to preserve the freshness, to deal with kilograms of shredded papers & plastics from our after work, many times ordering cars, early breakfasts & early cars, and so on, and the hotel managed to fulfill our request wonderfully.
Thanks ❤️ We’ll trust ourself in your hand again next time we go to Tarakan ❤️
