Salah hotel, dan setelah konfirmasi emg banyak pengunjung yg salah karna ada 2 hotel swiss belinn dan swiss bell aja
Tp pihak hotel ga kasih akomodasi pdhl satu manajemen atau chain kann.. sayang sekali pdhl fasilitas kamar termasuk bagus

Menginap di hotel ini karena harus transit flight selanjutnya. Lokasinya dekat bandara, kamar bersih dan standar bintang 3. Kami terkesan dengan layanan restorannya karena sangat membantu kami yg membawa bayi. Karena pandemi jadi menu sarapan terbatas dan tidak menyediakan bubur. Namun petugas restoran menawarkan untuk memasakkan bubur untuk bayi kami. Terima kasih banyak. Sangat terkesan dan mengapresiasi layanan restorannya. Sukses selalu 🙏

one of the hotels that meets the Covid19 protocol with friendly and welcoming staff, thank you to Mr. Irsyad and the team for their service and hospitality. next time my family and I will definitely stay at this hotel again

The overall experience was awesome. Since they pick me up from the airport and the driver was so nice and friendly. When arrived at the hotel the Front desk also nice with short tine checkin without need to wait. The room was so clean with beautiful sight and you can see the plane landing. Didnt got a chance to taste the food but I requested to drop me on the airport at 7 on time and they provided. Very recommended hotel for transit with free shuttle.

Was here for a short transit, nice room good for transit stay the room WA clean enough, hotel room prices are quite suitable for transit, great service from them provide the shuttle service every 1 hour, recommend for transit hotel

The hotel manager didn't want me to wait for the driver to finish lunch before sending me to the airport, although I said that it's not a problem for me to wait. So what did he do? He sent me to the airport himself. What better service could you ask for...
