Kamarnya karena udh lama ga dipake, jd berdebu. Dr 4 kamar yg kita sewa, cuma 1 kamar doang yg ACnya dingin. Walopun udh di bersihin filternya, ttp aja ga dingin ACnya. Kolam renang sama restoran nya jg masih tutup. Sarapan dibawain ke kamar, tp lauknya sedikit bgt! Kecewa sih jujur😭

untuk bintang 3 bagus hotelnya, cm smpet kecele trnyata sarapannya pas berubah bukan buffet lg, tapi masakannya tetep enak sie, dan banyak pilihan

As a frequent traveler, it is important to have good internet connection, great food/drinks and a comfortable bed. The hotel meets all my expectation. Staff are very friendly too.
Definitely will come back here to stay again, see you soon Swissbelinn Karawang.

nice hotel with friendly staffs, clean rooms, pool area etc. imho, the alley is too dark and stiflingly hot.
too bad they're lack of swimming towels at 4pm on that saturday (sept 28).
.
but all the breakfast menu amazingly delicious, all the food reload with no minutes! and staffs work fast to clean table all the time. kuddos for all sunday morning staffs.

Only stayed one night in this hotel but I had a nice experience. It’s a nice hotel with a friendly and helpful employees. Clean and spacious hotel room and in a great location too.
Nice breakfast with variety good selection. And the restaurant also nice and spacious. I would love to come back to stay again in this hotel when I visit Karawang.

I and friends stayed in the hotel for 1 night.
What I didn't like were dark alley and less amenities. I asked the additional amenities and they gave me.
That evening, restaurant was crowded and live music was loud.

The hotel is really nice and the staffs are helpful. We stayed for one night as a group and the experience was beyond expectation! The food--from lunch, dinner, till breakfast-- were amazing. It was unfortunate that we only stay for one night. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
