Hotel bagus meski agak jauh dr tempat perbelanjaan atopun tempat makan dan mini market.
Wkt masuk kamar, AC nya ga dingin.. stlh dilapor dan diperbaiki sama teknisi, AC jadi dingin kembali.
Staff ramah dan baik... Kami diantar dgn shuttel bus dr hotel ke jiexpo dan dijemput kembali.

I was there after my quarantine and I pay for standard room for 550K/ night it’s affordable for Swiss Belinn as usually but I little bit shock with the bedroom and bathroom, room was clean but the sound from Air Conditioner so noisy, and the bathroom was sting and sticky with the fleck and fungi in the side of the floor. I don’t know for me I don’t want to comeback although just for 1 night.

I have been staying here for 3 days and will continue until the next 3 days.
The cleanliness is good and the room is so cozy.
The staff are friendly so you will feel the great hospitality here.
I think the one that this hotel should improve is lighting in the room but that is not a big deal.

Unforgettable experience staying at this hotel, nice rooms, strategic location and there is a swimming pool.
Check in was fast with Fanny (receptiont) and got a free upgrade for my special day.
Strategic location and easy to reach.
To the right of the lobby, there is a minimarket, making it easier for guests to shop for food or drinks.
Friendly staff, good service and of course always implement the health protocols recommended by the Government.
Especially for Winda Siregar, who gave free room upgrades and a birthday cake.
Really very memorable for me.
Happy to stay at Swiss Belinn Kemayoran and hope to stay here again.

The room is clean and very comfortable. The staff is very polite too, especially with Muhamad Hafrik. He is very kind and enjoyable. He can help me accomodate what i need when i stay in the hotel and give me the detail information about the hotel.
