Saya memesan makanan nasi goreng gila jam 12 malam . Tapi makanannya tidak di antar. Saya telpon ke dua kali, dari staffnya bilang pelayannya udah mau nganter makanan ke tempa saga . Setelah saya tunggu makanannya gak adaz saya sampai ketiduran nunggunya .

Upon 1st sight it was a comforting atmosphere in Lobby area . Front desk was eager to help and had great positive energy. Check In process got the job done after a long travel day. I think Covid has overall decreased our ability to just relax and enjoy the moment and our surroundings. We had 2 rooms and Hotel was able to put them all together which was nice . Next Hotel should inform guest before check in about the Breakfast , on that day we have a dine in Breakfast in Room

I've been home from March 2020 and barely going nowhere along covid-19 pandemic. I decided back to traveling again on November and this is my first stay at the accomodation/hotel during the pandemic. and my choice is correct, swiss-bellin has high standard of safety covid-19 protocol from get out of my car till time to check out. disinfectant gel can be found around hotel area, and thermal camera at the lobby. they also applied breakfast shift procedure to prevent too many people at the restaurant. and all guest should wear hand glove for taking the meals.
the room is sparkling clean, and I love the fabulous infinity swimming pool.

A very helpfull staff/bellboy for take my car to the lot.fabulous traditional breakfast menu (love Bubur Madura, gado - gado ) and offer me a Ginger cake which is smooth and yummy. Clean room,nice pool and some choice oleh - oleh from Surabaya

Thank you for the great service that swiss belinn manyar surabaya delivered start from check-in until check-out. This is more than my expectation for 3 star hotel. I will return for my next trip to Surabaya

I stayed with here with my family for only two days and I am satisfied. They have plenty choices for breakfast and they're up to my taste. Good job! Everyone is very friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived until I left. Overall, this is an amazing experience! Will come back for real!
