semuanya oke, hanya 1 yg bikin kita kecewa kulkas dalam kamar yg sama sekali TIDAK BERFUNGSI ! sekelas swissbell kulkas tidak berfungsi, coba complain ke staff dijawabnya beda², dan yaudah aja tampa ada action ! lebih kecewanya lagi kopi susu yg kita simpan dikulkas basi karna kulkas yg tidak berfungsi sama sekali !! kalau kulkas hanya pajangan ini saran aja, mending take out aja !! jangan bikin customer kecewa, apalagi merugi karna harus buang semua minuman yg kita simpan. untuk review sarapan ? buat saya 1-10, LIMA.. rasanya hambar dan B aja

Overal is good, the first i'm check-in for mba' devi is very frendly to me and very Helpfull and for the room verry clean, comfortable also
For next week i will come back in swiss-belinn cikande

It was great time stayed at Swiss-Belinn Modern Cikande. Room was comfort, they have a place to relax at pool side, with nice coffee.! I ordered Spageti once, and its delicious. Thanks for all.
Will come back then.

Good place to stay and relax, good wifi connection, because of covid 19 so the hotel is not to full, the hotel also run the health policy for covid 19, good food, but the cleaness need to be improve, not only during normal time but every time

The hotel is neat,clean and for the safety of covid19 plague there is no doubt ,starting from the hand sanitize that is available in several palace and the staffs who maintain the hygiene and friendly when serving the food,especially for the ikhwan thank you very much for the excellence service and also friendly to me and my friends

I payed for the entire reservation period up-front (one month). As I left after 2 weeks, I was going to have a rather large money refund. This could only be done by bank transker with a minimum delay of 2 weeks. Furthermore, I had to pay an admin fee of 2% for the transfer. Completely unacceptable!!
