minta tolong cuci tempat makan anak di restoran tidak dilayani..shower di kamar mandi rusak..terpaksa pindah ke kamar lain .hotel sudah perlu direnovasi

it was my second visit, first time was in Nov 2019. It is still same in general, clean environment and rooms.
The only minus input from me, 1. some garden areas have not been taken care. 2. the breakfast menu was lesser than the first visit.
But these two minus points were very understandable due to they have to make the hotel survive.

Di aplikasi bilang fasilitasnya ada shower dingin dan panas nyatanya air dingin semua, dibilang ada bathtub nyatanya ga ada, dibilang free wifi eh ga ada sama sekaliiii, sangat tidak memuaskan!

This hotel one of bigest Hotel in Bangka Island. Make surat what kind of your room you want because not all room have a sea view. Im order the room nearest the beach. It beautiful view, you can hear the wave, sense the wind. White sand. But lil bit dirty maybe because after held a party

Have very recently spent a wonderful five days at this resort. Superb views from all over this resort but especially out on the point where the restaurant is located. The white sand beaches are unspoiled, no sign of sellers or offers of massage and most importantly, they were free from rubbish. Even the public beach, Pantai Tikus Emas, was beautiful and well appointed.
The resort is not new but the rooms were spacious, the a/c was excellent and the shower had plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and always on hand to help.
The restaurant, I found to be very good. Prices were reasonable and I really liked the food on the menu. No complaints.
If you are a Westerner, like me, living in Jakarta I would highly recommend this resort as a serious alternative to Bali. It's only an hours flight from Jakarta and is like a breath of fresh air compared to the commercialism of Bali.
Drawbacks: The resort is a good hours drive from the airport and the price of a taxi seemed expensive at 250,000 rp.
The drive into the resort from the road is long and there didn't seem to be any alternative places to eat, other than at the resort, that were within walking distance.
A grasp of bahasa would be an advantage.
I would highly recommend this resort for couples, and stressed out execs looking for a beautiful retreat so close to Jakarta.

I came here for the beach and stopped by at the restaurant for lunch. Absolutely worthless - it's pricey and the food is substandard. My advice is don't come here to dine unless you're almost dead :)
I had Nasi Goreng Spesial which came with an egg, salted fish and one piece of cracker (kerupuk). Indeed it's special (pun intended ;)) My friend had Nasi Capcay (mixed vegetables with rice) which was rather greasy.

It is a nice beach.. it also has long coast line. This place provides complete children playground for kids. The most important thing is the beach is very clean.
One thing for noted is there is lack of safeguard officers. Therefore, parents should take care their children when their kids play in the beach.

Room is clean enough, Breakfast is standard, the scenery is the best from this hotel, I'm sorry but old hotel sometimes freak me out, old curtain, seat, and bed. But overall is good, it's quite nice too stay in here, especially for that great view.
