Wow, this resort is spectacular, with a stunning view of mount agung that captured my attention right away. The staff is very friendly, and the cleanliness and layout of the rooms are organized. As others have said, this hotel deserves honest reviews from visitors like myself. The room is comfortable, and the size is beyond standard, also very quiet and clean, i slept well there. The food is delicious, the price is affordable, nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit bali. See it then you believe it. I will definitely bring my family, relatives, and friends back to stay at this amazing place. Thank you to everyone working there, you deserve appreciation from me, raymond from canada. Good luck to the owner and family, as well as the staff. See you guys soon.

We had reserved a room for two nights at the recently constructed hotel, but we had to extend our stay for another day because the location was stunning and serene. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the views were breathtaking. The entire crew was extremely bubbly, including hotel management Sues and his team, including kadek, Ratna, Widi, and manis, who were always there with a smile and ready to assist. For transportation, you can rent a scooter to travel around for daily rentals. Rafting, rafting, and an abundance of waterfalls are all available behind the hotel, and its not too far from besakih temple. On our next trip to bali, we will most certainly return here, and we will also be contacting friends and family to make sure they visit. 10/10.

This place is a great place to stay with amazing views of mount agung, especially from the pool and restaurant. The rooms are clean, and the shower pressure and temperature are also good. The hotel is also only a short drive from besakih temple, we went there at 8 am in the morning and were the only people there.

What a view! That would be the highlight of this resort. The resort is brand new. The food is amazing and the staff are great at your service. The atmosphere is breathtaking, perfect for relaxing and relaxing to just enjoy nature. But as i said, the highlight is the direct view of mount agung from the resort. You cant beat that view!.

The view, the staff, and the tranquility of the place were all excellent. Its a pleasant escape from the bustling areas of the island. To ensure you have a view of the mountain, i recommend booking a few days in advance (a rainy day can obscure the view). Because you are in the forest, bugs (grasshoppers, flies, and other insects can enter the room, but this wasnt a major issue because the view and pool are so lovely.

Overall, i would recommend it because the drawbacks are a natural consequence of being in a remote location! Excellent setting. Very serene and peaceful, far from the noises created by humans and surrounded by the sounds of nature. Excellent service and welcoming staff. Nice, spotless room with a fantastic mountain view and sunrise view. Very comfortable stay. New hotel. Cons 1. Very distant from the bustling towns, essentially impossible to obtain a grab. Otherwise, you might be stuck without a driver. There arent many food options other than the hotel restaurant itself. 3. Wifi can occasionally be unstable.

The hotel seemed to have just been renovated when we went there. The room was very comfortable and had a great view as advertised. I did find some things a bit odd, no hot water tap in the ensuite sink, had to go to the bar for drinking water, room light switches are not very intuitive. We got this room for a great price, so we had to take that into account. Other reviews werent very positive about the restaurant here, and while we didnt have dinner, the cooked breakfast, especially their Asian selection, was very good. Again, other reviews mention the lack of dining options in this small village outside the hotel. While this may be true if you are looking for western food, we found the local night market to be very authentic and interesting with lots of delicious balinese food. Maybe not for everyone, but we loved it.

I can say that this is the best hotel ive been to in bali, the staff were very nice, i was expecting to see agung thats why i booked this hotel, but unfortunately by the time i went it was cloudy, but i still really like this place and i guarantee i will book this place again.

Despite some minor issues that i informed the hotel staff about, my stay here was fantastic, and i can assure you that they will resolve them. The pool is fantastic, and the view is breathtaking. The breakfast is quite good. The only drawback is that there are no good restaurants in the area, and the hotel restaurant is pricey and of poor quality.

Tempat yang bagus untuk menginap, namun tempatnya cukup jauh. Dari Ngurah Rai ke Tapa Resort, saya menghabiskan waktu 3 jam perjalanan dengan kecepatan 50 km per jam. Namun, begitu sampai di lokasi, pemandangannya sangat bagus, pelayanan baik, pelayan sangat ramah. Tempatnya bersih. Saya mengambil kamar deluxe Mounth View. Sangat bagus. Direkomendasikan!
