3 malem nginep di hotel ini, selalu ga kebagian kolam nya, najis. Inget ya kalo acara2 (arisan, dll) di kolam itu harus nya ga di bolehin karena itu HAK fasilitas tamu hotel, nyesel gue nginep disini.
OH YA ITU RECEPTIONIST NYA TOLONG DI AJARIN ATTITUDE, MUKA JUTEK CUEK BEBEK, GA ADA SAMA SEKALI MUKA SENYUMAN YG DI LONTARKAN DI RAUT MUKA RECEPTIONIST KALIAN.

Hotel ini mmg worth the money sekalii.
Wlpn pesen yg room without breakfast, tp tetep ada free afternoon snack.
Ada cooking class jg di minggu pagi, kids really enjoy it.
Ruang gym jg baguus.
Kamar juga nyaman, wlpn dpt yg smoking room, untung kamarnya ga bau.
Hanya sayang swimming poolnya terlalu rame ya, jd krg nyaman aja.

Saya sudah sering menginap di hotel ini setiap saya ke Palembang. Dan saya tidak pernah sekecewa ini sebelumnya.
Kali ini saya diberikan ruangan Smoking.
Saya meminta pindah ke ruangan yg non smoking akan tetapi berkali kali ditolak dengan ramah dengan alasan semua ruangan Non smoking telah full.
Akhirnya pada malam hari dikarenakan saya ngotot meminta ruangan yg NON SMOKING akhirnya saya diberikan ruangan Non Smoking. Dengan alasan bahwa saya diberikan ruang hasil transfer dr org lain ( dalam arti ruangan yg orangnya belum check in). Ini yang membuat saya kecewa. kenapa org lain yg belum check in malah sdh disiapkan ruangannya, disisi lain, saya yg telah check in terlebih dahulu malah tidak diberikan ruangan NON SMOKING.
Sebagai masukan, hotel ini pastilah memiliki ruangan lain yg kelasnya executive, suite dll yg pastinya ruangannya ada yg kosong. kenapa malah dengan susah payah malah mempertahankan membuat customer kecewa diberikan ruangan NON SMOKING daripada memberi upgrade ruanganš„.

untuk pesanan hotel termasuk harga yang murah dibanding aplikasi hotel lainnya , tiketcom memang mantab, tapi kamar bagus bersih enak bangt , kamar pake hambal bersih banget kamar mandi bersih banget, tapi yg kurang enak untuk sarapan pagi , sudah 2 x sarapan makin kurang lengkap, ga sepeti hotel sebelum berubah nama dr grandzuri jadi the alts hotel, dlu saya suka banget nginep di grandzuri tapi skrg sarapanny uda ga enak dan kurang lengkap,
mohon untuk pihak hotel sediain koki yg enak dongā agar kami kembali ke hotel ini lagi

saya kehilangan helm penjagaan nya kurang,bisa-bisa orang luar masuk padahal satpam banyak cctv ada tapi masih teledor,dan tidak ada tanggungjawab,dan kalau bisa tempat sarapan pagi nya dipindah biar nga kepanasan orang makan

Hotel ini bintang 5 but they have all lose as 5 star hotel. This hotel supposed to be consider as mawar hotel with cheap facility. Pool is supposed to be public place but it was for private party. And handsanitizer was empty and not available in every single public spot. Does this hotel have no budget for maintaining from covid19??? The staffs were NOT helpful. BIG NO RECOMMEDED HOTEL

What a great experience for my family can visit this hotel in 701 room
..comfort room with bucket fruit with free,swimming pool was the favorite place for my kid.
She said "its a pool party mom" š
But breakfast menu was standard, still ok.

Centrally located. A pleasant hotel with comfortable rooms. The aircon like most hotel, have to adjust much lower and was cool enough, Breakfast spread was more on local taste but generally good. Room was reasonably clean. Would recommend anyone to stay.

This hotel is a 4 star hotel that has strategic location. It's near to mall, shopping distric, cafe and gift shop (pempek shop, a special food from Pelembang). Hotel service is quite responsive and helpful.

The rok so comfortable and quite, i was stay in room 631, so clean and the roomboy is so humble , breakfast many variant and i love palembang stall, after that we check out and serve by nikita and ayu reception beauty and humble too , if i visit this town i want to stay again in the alts hotel, keep success the alts

If I come to Palembang, I will come back to stay in this hotel again.
I love the serve.
Receptionist is so humble.
I like traditional food ini this restaurant "pempek". The restaurant has a many all varians.
