Check in sabtu tgl 19 kmren pesen kamr yg smooking room dapet kamar bner” kotor berdebu , minibar nya kotor minuman yg di sediakan aj berdebu kyak kamr udah setahun gk d tempati .gak layak bner buat di tempatin . Lg zaman corona ini malah mreka gk savety . Tau sendiri kalo corona rentan bngt klo terkena flu ,lah mreka mau buat kt flu . Mana cangkir d dlm toilet ny gak d bersihin bekas yg nginep sbelum ny . Padahal bintang 5 rating ny tp kamr ny bner” kotor . Kecewa bner rs ny udah bhal mahal” tp kek gt . Smoga jd acuan kalian biar lebih mmperhatikan kamr ny .

Gak bawa casan hp tapi dipinjemin. Layanan cepat dan baik. Breakfast enak tapi pilihan makannya gak terlalu banyak. Sayang kartu nya cuma dikasi satu. Secara keseluruhan oke bgt

Pelayanan House Keeping sangat buruk, minta tolong acces card harus menunggu lama, dan tidak ramah tamah kepada tamu, begitu juga dengan kebersihan kamar, kulkas mini jorok tidak dibersihkan, karpet lantai kamar juga jorok. Cukup 1x menginap disini. Tidak recomended

Sudah antri lama di reseptionist, Pas giliran Saya di suruh pindah. Setelah pindah dan dilayani reseptionist lain dibilang Kamar yang ada tinggal smoking.

Tempatnya Strategis di pusat kota. Breakfastnya recommended n lengkap. Masukan utk Reception harus lebih banyak senyum karena kesan pertama n terakhir kl nginep d hotel ada d reception... Satu lagi minusnya adalah fasilitas kolam renang yg kurang bagus.. Terlalu kecil dan tidak ada kolam renang anak

Kemarin renang minta handuk tapi dicuekin gak dianter2, sepertinya rasa makananny perlu ditingkatkan lagi soalny kmrn makan jajan pasar rasany lebih enak beli di pasar daripada makan di hotel bintang 5. Untuk yang lain masih tetep oke apalagi dapet harga geledek, makasih tiket.com! ❤️

Stayed for 2 nights in deluxe room with breakfast. The room itself was comfortable with big enough bed. Bathroom size is sufficient with the right amenities (soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste were all provided). Staff were friendly especially the front door. He will help you take care of your luggage.
The breakfast was good with buffet style. I'm a little worried at first due to Covid 19 so I keep myself distance enough with everyone.
Overall, this is a good hotel for anyone staying in Palembang

The staff is really helpful, the hotel facilities are quite great. The hotel provide local delicacies on their breakfast buffet which is good. Definitely would come and stay at excelton again. Keep the good hospitality

The room was clean and spacious. What i like about this hotel is its strategic location and, during my stay the staff were really friendly and helpful. Will return to this hotel in my next visit to Palembang.

Hotelnya bersih dan nyaman. Makanannya enak. You should try their japanese restaurant. Oh ya, ada BBQ di Sky Lounge... I think it's worth the price. Pengalaman keseluruhan memuaskan. Will be back soonest.
