hotel ini saya book sebagai hadiah utk orangtua saya. mereka sangat puas dengan pelayanan, kebersihan, kualitas makanan, dan kenyamanan kamar yg mereka dapat. apalagi pihak hotel juga ternyata meng-upgrade kamar mereka. excellent service!

Pesan. Kamar utk 3 org, diberikan kamar dg luas 23 M dan 1 bed king size, akhirnya pesan ekstra bed. Kamar sempit jd lebih sempit. Saat chek in ditanyakan kepada petugas apakah bs lsg dr langsung ke lobby dr parkiran dijawab bisa tp saat selesai parkir akan menuju lobby dicegat security karena koper dan barang bawaan harus lewat mesin x ray. Jadilah koper dan barang dibawa lagi ke lobby pintu utama. Tempat parkir yang sempit , sehingga untuk parkir mobil kami (toyota previa ) memakan 2 space. Hal ini menjadi masalah ketika saya kembali dari kegiatan dan akan parkir diarahkan ke tempat parkir hanya satu slott, walaupun sdh menyampaikan kondisi mobil yg panjang dan harus pakai dua slot namun dr security yg menjadi juru pakir. Meyakinkan bahwa sdh biasa dan bisa dan akibatnya kendaraan pesok dikarenakan radius putar yang kurang karena haus naik ke trotoar. Dijanjikan asuransi dari hotel namun dg alasan hari minggu sehingga utk administrasi kantor pada hari senin. Sampai keesokan hari belum selesai atau kejelasannya. Breakfast just so-so. Jauh dari bayangan sebagai hotel bintang 5 dg buffet nya yg memanjakan

Stayed 1 night at The Hermitage to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was a really amazing experience, great service, great room and great dinner at La Vue. Thank you!

nice hotel with colonial style. the food is okay. the room is spacious albeit I think more decorations or furnitures would be good since the room feel quite empty. i love the bathroom design. the service is good. I think something that need to be improved is in room facilities, such as tv channel choices and quality (i dont think the tv channel is HD quality yet) and portable speaker (it is outdated, it has not supported mobile docking or bluetooth yet).

duduk2 cantik di terasnya
2 malam yg cukup berkesan , walau hanya stay di kamar aj karena lagi psbb, tapi cukup berkesan
insha allah , pasti bakal balik lagi biar ngerasain pool dan rooftopnya

Terima kasih Hermitage untuk cake wedding anniversary yang telah disiapkan untuk kami. Hanya saja mungkin ketika menginap disana lagi high season, di aplikasi ditulis jam untuk check in adalah pukul 14.00, tapi kami baru diberikan kamar pada pukul 15.00, kami diminta untuk menunggu selama 1 jam di lobby, dengan atap yang bocor entah air AC/ apa. Sofa yang ada di tempat tunggu juga lembab semua akibat ada air yg menetes.
Untuk makanan yg disajikan lumayan enak.

I spent two night at Hermitage with my wife and my son.
It was a short staycation to break the routine of CoVid restrictions.
The hotel is a well preserved colonial style building.
And it is in the heart of the city.
All the staff is extremely kind and I was granted a free upgrade upon arrival.
Because of CoVid restrictions I was not able to use the restaurant.
But breakfast was definitely worth 5 stars.
Decent variety, high quality and strict safety protocol.
If I really have to find a flaw, I'd say that AC was a bit too cold in the breakfast area, and would cool down food a bit fast (but that is a non existing problem)

I really need staycation during WFH and this is my First time visit here, and all I can say “All perfect!” The staff so helpfull and the service was amazing! Check in and check out progress so quick and food at La Vue Rooftop Bar was amazing! Spending my weekend here and Indefinitely comeback again! Special Thanks to Maria for a perfect hospitality! I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends! And

The hotel has a beautiful colonial designs. Bring me back to memories of Majestic Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Room was great, got free upgrade to studio suite. Once I stepped in the hotel, i was a bit confused where the reception is located. Check in process went smoothly, however I can feel the reception in charge was not so friendly to me during my checkin time. Also I asked her for a shopping/paper bag, as I wanted to send some packages, she told me she needs to check and will ring me back if they do have it. I was waiting for a good 30 minutes and she didn’t call me at all. Never facing this small matter whilst I was staying at other Marriot’s property :)

Very helpful reception staff (metha), she is wonderfully took a good care of us. Nice ambience hotel, roof top cafe, dutch colonialist architecture and photographs, lounge music. I had my model niece got a photoshoot here too

Long weekend staycation. Feels like home for me. I love the exce terrace room. It was great. The service was great. The staff was amazing. The food really tasty. Love the ketupat sayur and bubur ayam. The pastry too.. well.. everything so yummy i can ot choose.. hahaha.. i wish i can coming back in the near future.
