I had spent money for booking this Hotel, wanna be relaxing for weekend staycation... BUT this hotel really didn't respect the guest.. I booked one room with breakfast, but in the real, today this hotel just giving the guesta for breakfast only 45minutes.. UNBELIEVABLE !!.. After 45 minutes, the crew came to my table and said that the time for breakfast almost finish.. VERY UNPOLITE.. For this case, I couldn't accept because I had paid for high rate and this hotel suddenly changed the rules.. Also about the food that this hotel already served, VERY BAD.. ESPECIALLY FOR THE SIOMAY.. Come on lahh.. Ritz Carlton is 5 stars hotel but the quality of food, very bad.. They should served better food than THE SIOMAY !!!

Overall puas tapi ada bbrp note aja. Pesan bed twin tapi saat check in dikenakan tambahan biaya 250rb, lebih baik dicantumkan saja di tiket.com. jadi agak mengecewakan. breakfast no tolerance, harus ikuti protokol covid. jadi kalau telat datang ya siap2 breakfast kilat saja.

Pelayanan staff yg miss komunikasi jauh sekalli, dimana saya stay dengan include paket Ritz Club, dan seharusnya dapat free breakfast, lunch dan dinner, pada di hari H, memang saya dapat dinner akan tetapi staff nya bilang jika besok mau checkout bisa sarapan dan makan siang di lt 26 juga, tp nyatanya saat sudah checkout, saya dan istri tidak diperbolehkan makan siang disitu karena sudah habis masa stay, aneh

Pelayanannya sgt bagus, minta extra handuk langsung fast response banget ngelayaninnya. Check in juga cukup cepat cuma nunggu sekitar 15 menit, checkout apalagi cepet banget. Kamar besar dan kasurnya juga besar banget, twin bed nya queen size jadi lega banget. Breakfastnya perlu ditingkatkan karena variasi makanannya kurang, tapi rasanya oke sih. Parkir juga mudah. Terima kasih saya puas sekali menginap disini

You guyz international brand of 5 star hotel Perfections in every single detail need to be taken care of Your staff is absolutely superb, they have 5 star personality indeed But your building need to be check, my bathroom window curtain is somehow broken, one of your lift floor is really broken, it really broken, as if someone just smash the floor, and you can feel the floor is really tender as if want to fall down, this is lift, can you imagine I need to take this lift from 26 floor to the lobby?? Security need to give to your client as I am not secure to take ride with your lift (check the pic I attach) The other hand your staff name fepi or hepi, he is soooo nice, great attitude but he needs to change his shoe, his left shoe is broken like really tear it apart til I can see his underneath socks, haha this is sooo embarrassing that I can see all this at 5 star hotel Also your runner at the restaurant for breakfast, he is soo focus on clearing up the table, and bringing dishes to the kitchen until half of his shirt is out of his pants and the other half stay inside and surprisingly his going back and forth, but nobody like NOBODY notice But on top of that the food are still great, and the staff are extremely great even your staff name Paris during breakfast, he is very prompt, quick, multitask at the same time Stella from the front office also very prompt and helpful Also bram from your 26 floor, are passionately serve our light lunch at the ritz executive club Will be back here again soon

Pros : 1. Big King Grand Room up to 65m2 2. Clean Space although we must do re disinfection for our room by spray and UVC Light because we have baby just make sure 3.Clean water and also hot and cold water 4.Enough space in swimming pool and also in strict health protocol they do limitation on people 5.We have given free late checkout until 13.30 6.Room service was excellent 👍👍 Cons : 1. When I wait for check in, the queue per row +/- 10 M without social distancing, they have probably 6 check in counter so imagine how crowded there in that time 2. Breakfast was so limited and taste was so so, we've lost our sushi counter along this pandemic situation

pros : - very excellent service from IRD - the securities are very polite and friendly cons : - long story short i got alarmed at 1 am, because the alarm went off for no reason at all, i got shocked so i tried to go to the front desk office and asked, they said the alarm was malfunctioning and they had no idea at all - the glass is dirty, there was a coffe stain in my tea cup - the staff in asian restaurant was a bit rude and not to friendly to the customers

I stayed for two night with young kids on last weekend. May room was on 19th floor with view to their sister hotel JW Marriott Jakarta. Room was good, clean, spacious, huge bathroom, with big window. The toilet amenities is different with another RC hotel, not Asprey, i guess maybe because this is part of the saving cost. But no issue with us. We had breakfast and also brunch at Asia restaurant, and selection of food is limited, but the taste and presentation still good. Due to pandemic situation, Breakfast slot is split based on time, for weekend the time slot is 06.30-7.30, 7.30-8.30, 8.30-9.30. But on weekday, breakfast start from 7am, without time slot. Swimming pool and greenery area with jogging track is the best. In the morning, I walk with my kids, and they can recognize any plant there because the hotel put the labeling on each trees. And health protocol is best. Overall, very recommended hotel in Jakarta.

My family and I spent an extended weekend there a month ago to celebrate my sister's birthday. From the get go, the service shown had been APPALLING. We booked 2 suites rooms, which obviously came with club lounge access, only to be denied access on the lift and had to go back down to the lobby to have them change it. This didn't only happen once but twice only the day after where we suddenly lost our access to the club again despite having it fixed the day before. One of the rooms we booked smelt badly like smoke, and the air conditioning was broken. When I brought this up to the Front Office, their respond was: "But it's a non-smoking room." We pushed for a change of rooms and they rejected it saying the hotel was full. They then sent us an air freshner and someone to fix the A/C. When those did not fix the problems we asked again to change rooms and they rejected it again. When we couldn't take it and complained seriously at night (none of us were smokers so it was very hard to sleep in the room smelling of smoke), they agreed to move us to another room in another floor. I kept wondering what held them back in moving us to another room the firs TWO times we complained. Went to Asia Restaurant for dinner and breakfast, truly a coffee shop would've had better service. The staff was just plainly rude, and inefficient making the wait time very long (it was a buffet but because of the pandemic we had to be served by staff). A lot of the time we tried waving down to one of the wait staff, and I made eye contact with them only to be ignored whether on purpose or not. There was so much problems with our stay that I cannot list one by one. The most ridiculous is when I asked for an extra towel, and I got asked for a reason why. "Was the others too wet?" I was very taken aback and at a loss for words. It's just clear the staff were very lacking in training and the management couldn't care less to improve it. The most disappointing of all is when I wrote an email directly to the hotel, thinking of how the brand "Ritz Carlton" would've appreciated it more if I contacted them directly and not just to app like tripadvisor first. Very unfortunate, my thinking was wrong. Someone who claimed to be the Front Office Manager sent me a reply only a week later, with what I can only describe as a template email. It was very non-personal, none of my issues were addressed, it was clear they were not interested in retaining me as a return guest. For a birthday staycation we spent quite an amount of money because we expect the best of service when we stay in this property. We had the exact opposite and more. Never again will I come back, and I can only advise you to not as well.
