I had spent money for booking this Hotel, wanna be relaxing for weekend staycation... BUT this hotel really didn't respect the guest.. I booked one room with breakfast, but in the real, today this hotel just giving the guesta for breakfast only 45minutes.. UNBELIEVABLE !!.. After 45 minutes, the crew came to my table and said that the time for breakfast almost finish.. VERY UNPOLITE.. For this case, I couldn't accept because I had paid for high rate and this hotel suddenly changed the rules.. Also about the food that this hotel already served, VERY BAD.. ESPECIALLY FOR THE SIOMAY.. Come on lahh.. Ritz Carlton is 5 stars hotel but the quality of food, very bad.. They should served better food than THE SIOMAY !!!

Overall puas tapi ada bbrp note aja. Pesan bed twin tapi saat check in dikenakan tambahan biaya 250rb, lebih baik dicantumkan saja di tiket.com. jadi agak mengecewakan. breakfast no tolerance, harus ikuti protokol covid. jadi kalau telat datang ya siap2 breakfast kilat saja.

dateng untuk rayain ulang tahun suami, awalnya dia biasa aja pas di ajak stay di ritz, karna dia type anak rumah. tp ternyata saat sampai dan nikmatin waktu di hotel , suami happy dan enjoy banget. pesen makanan ke room juga semua enak, suami suka semua pdhal dia termasuk yg picky dan bawel bgt soal makanan. oh ya aku request birthday cake buat suami ku dan mereka anter ke kamar with a pleasure! untuk harga, bener bener worrrtthhhh bgt dengan kamar segede itu dan fasilitas sebagus itu 🥰

Stayed 2 nights at the Grand Room with 2 double beds. Big room, big window and clean. Kids love the bathtub (bring your own bubble bath). Breakfast was standard, they have 3 sessions, we took the last session from 9-10 AM, it was quite full but the tables were far apart. Swimming pool is great, the depth is at 1.2m. You need to book what time you want to swim, it is limited to 20 people per hour. We picked 12-1 PM, there were only another family in the pool, plenty of space for safe distancing. Staffs are lovely, when they made up the room, they left a panda made up from towel and some chocolates ... kids were happy, thank you for that :)

I stayed here one night to spent my last two days of Raya Holiday. I thought on the date I chose will be a bit quiet, apparently I was wrong. When I arrived, the lobby is crowded with lots of Family crowds. Had to wait around 5 mins, before I can get to do the check in. Check in staff was very nice, he explain everything and also granted my requests. I arrived a little bit early, so my room wasn't available yet, so I decided to walk around in the hotel's vicinity to get some lunch. when my room ready, the staff called me. It's a good thing they contacted me to update. Location is good, surrounded by several malls. The room itself is big and clean, though it shows its age. The furniture is a bit outdated. It has all the amenities I need, they even provided masks, hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes. The bathroom is huge, it has bathtub also. The big window right next to the bath tub is the highlight! But my room's bathroom is pretty weird, it has no hot water. At the bath tub the hot water valve seems not working, while at the shower when I turn on the hot water valve, the water didn't come out. Well, since I only spent 1 night here, I was too lazy to report this to the hotel team. The swimming pool is at 5th floor. To access the pool, I have to make a booking through a website. They have several timing slot. I booked 1 slot for the day I arrive and another 1 slot before I depart. The thing is, though you have to book, some of the visitors are overstayed until they took next slot. If not in pandemic situation, it will be fine, but since it's still pandemic, it made the pool a bit overcrowded. I even canceled at the slot before I depart. I think the staffs need to be more firm on the people's timing. Breakfast is okay, they move the breakfast to Lobo, since Asia was in disinfected. Selections are mostly asian food, with small choices on western food. Food quality was okay. The omelette was fulfilling! haha. In general, I was satisfied with this hotel. Great locations, great room size, decent food, complete amenities and facilities. There are rooms to be improved though, such as the hot water valve in my room and the pool usage control.

Stayed in Room 1122 for COVID Quarantine 5-day. Booked Ritz Carlton because I was expecting a good service. I am a Platinum member, 74 nights stay in 2021 alone. The stays turns very bad: 1. There was a dead fly near the bathtub. Hygiene problem. I believe the room is not properly desanitized after the previous quarantine guest. 2. There was little ants everywhere in working desk and bathroom sink. Hygiene problem. 3. The sofa lamp is broken. 4. They did not deliver the breakfast on 18 May morning. 5. The quarantine food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are all oily and heaty. For example, no salad, and certainly no healthy option. 6. I was feeling body heatiness because of Ritz Carlton food. Called 4 times since day 1 to ask for herbal drink or coconut water to calm my body down. The staff only said yes, but never give any solution / medicine / juice /etc. On day 3, I experienced nosebleed due to body heatiness and they still did not offer any remedies / help. I guess they are only after your money. 7. Hotel is old, furniture is showing its age. Even 3-star hotel will give you better service. And better hygiene. If the hotel /someone need more videos / photos for proof, I will gladly share.

We stayed at the mayfair room. The room was quite big and surprisingly very clean! the guy who works in the executive club lounge was very nice and helpful also. he pointed at us where to sit to have a better view of Jakarta at night. we had fun and definitely worth every pennies! Im so happy that all the staffs members are polite. It wasnt my first time to stay here though. and im planning to always going to come back :)

We booked a 2 night stay here. We checked in on Sunday around 2.30 pm and it was crowed with people checking out. We checked in but was told that the room was not ready yet. Th wait didn't last more than 5 minutes before we were able to go to the room. The room was huge with all the necessary items. Huge bathroom with a huge window overlooking the city. The electric window curtain in the bathroom was stuck in open position. We mentioned it to a housekeeper who came by to place a trash bin. He checked and then called the maintenance. Within a few minutes 2 guys came and fixed the problem. It is a running business so things will eventually break down. But the professionalism shown was all you can ask for. Thank you guys. The hotel room was clean and covid safety package was provided. The pool on the fifth floor was a nice place to relax. The pool is not deep so pretty safe for bigger kids. I saw a board that read "jogging track 300m". I asked the lady there and she said that it was open for jogging. This I found a very nice surprise. Although this was on the fifth floor, they had an outdoor paved jogging track around the building. Further more, it was laid through a garden filled with tropical fruits vegetables and other plants and trees with boards explaining what kind of plant or tree it is. There is also a huge gym next to the pool. Every equipment had a sanitiser spray in it. Pool and gym requires reservation in accordance with covid regulations. The breakfast buffet was in Asia restaurant on the first day and in Lobo the 2nd day. The breakfast however was less than other luxury hotels in Jakarta. But everything provided was good. Lobo buffet was small. We were told that was due to low occupancy. Then again that is understandable. No point in wasting. However the first day my daughter ordered a hot chocolate. that was really bad. watery and bland. I have to complement Aurelia in Asia Restaurant and Cindy in Lobo who made sure we had plenty to eat. Aurelia was complementing me for ordering vegetable dishes (so sweet!) and Cindy wouldn't let me leave th buffet without ordering. Thank you girls. Only before check out I noticed the painting above the bed had Dutch and French captions. Upon closer look I saw they were actually printed in Amsterdam. That was a surprise. We had a pleasant stay and hope to be back. The critics I gave are just meant to be constructive. No bad feelings at all.
