First hotel where i was woken up by the cleaning staff three times in a row at 9 am and several times later. Despite my pledge to give me time to sleep and not to come clean the room before 3 pm. Overall nice rooms with good lighting. Also the most expensive laundry ive seen in bali. The restaurant is nice but not cheap. The pool is nice! The room is perfect for a romantic trip.

My parents stayed here and loved it! It was a good villa with a great view, the breakfast was very tasty and the receptionist Ari was very helpful and smiled all the time, thanks to her and to the team.

Staff disini melayani dengan baik hati dan juga santun, hanya saja untuk parkirannya perlu di pertimbangkan lagi untuk kedepannya, terutama untuk orang yang ingin menginap lama ataupun yang ingin menginap dalam jangka waktu pendek. Kedepannya, mungkin perlu adanya komunikasi yang lebih baik lagi, seperti mengenai kesepakatan yang ada di lokasi, dibuatkan tertulis, dan lain sebagainya agar tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman saat berkomunikasi.

Excellent service based on prompt response and communication, primarily via whatsapp. Although there is no smart tv in the rooms, it is available upon request for an additional fee of idr 25,000 per night, which is acceptable. I stayed in the twobedroom villa with fantastic views of the rice fields in front. There are numerous options for their breakfast menu. The pool is quite deep, making it not the most child or babyfriendly location. In terms of location, it is at best acceptable. Canggu is 10 minutes away, and if there is traffic, it takes 30 minutes. Overall, the place is tidy and cozy!.

I highly recommend the saren to anyone looking for a peaceful place with great service, delicious food and exceptional rooms. I recently had an amazing experience at the saren in bali. The staff was extremely attentive and quick to respond to all requests. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, even better than depicted in the pictures. The serene and peaceful surroundings, away from the noisy canggu, provided a perfect retreat. The included breakfast offered a delightful variety and their coffee was absolutely delicious.
